My god this actually made me cry...

Shit is going down

This was a good read, but I do have some qualms with it. For example, characterizations. If you just called Cloud "Bobby" it wouldn't have made a difference. Yeah, it's AU, but that shouldn't be a reason to destroy someone's character. The thing that makes AU's most enjoyable is when a character retains their in game self in order to interact and act in a different setting. Without that, you may as well just make an OC.

Seems like most reviewers pretty much share my sentiments with the positives because I did enjoy reading this. However, there are times when OOC just goes a bit too far. I would make a pun about clouds but I'm not that witty.

I don't really have much to say other than wow, thanks for the ride and making me feel so connected with the story; I guess first POV will often do that to a person, though xD

There were times where I just wanted to pretty much punch Riku for dragging Roxas along, and Sora for being bitter and jealous about him (I honestly thought they would've became friends in the park scene haha) but... that's them, huh. :)

Also, the crash scene... just. Way to make me tear up, oi. Riku staying by Roxas... Riku having to go through that again. Axel having to go through that again. Leon being the one to go, and Cloud losing him honestly made me cry for a bit xD. I honestly thought it was Axel (and maybe everyone else did as well? XD) considering the first accident, though.

But oh, man. My thoughts are all jumbled up at the moment, and I read this last night so I'm not sure how coherent my review really is xD;

...I like how I stared off saying that I didn't have much to say, and ended up writing more than I intended LOL 8D;;

Anyway, I'll likely reread it sometime and come bother you with how much I love this in a month or so, haha. Again, thanks for the great read :)

At first, I thought you'd end it with Riku and Roxas making out in the rain with some cheesy, uber gay finisher lines. I see you're too awesome to do that. Better yet, you said Potential boyfriend which leaves so much open, way to go Boof! -high fives-

This is the way to end a story, sorta happy. Though I love sad endings, very few make good ones, bittersweet is becoming kinda cliche (and I don't consider this one bittersweet) and screw happy endings with a dirty broom stick. Sorta happy is the way to go!

Another thing I liked that you managed was keeping everyones personality intact for the most part. Seeing cloud as an idiot is kinda... odd unless you activly remember how he began his flashback in Final Fantasy, when explaining his (false) SOLDIER life. And though I am I nut when it comes to canon, meaning no matter the situation I like to read the characters as they are in game, I found this entire story too hilarious.

I think I laughed every chapter, and not many authors can really... well, stay funny after awhile. They usually result to memes, turn characters into copies of some comedian who's hip with the kids at the moment, or make endless references to other peoples jokes. Hell, even I know I'm a failure at comedy. But you my dear, are funny.

Holy shizz ball. You know what makes that story so powerful right now? About 7 minutes ago on the news there was a report of a car ramming through a store because the driver accidently accelerated instead of breaked. Not only that, the car and s ton of stuff hit several people and a baby stroller, but everyone survived. I think your fanfic is trying to troll me in reality or something. Are you a wizard?

I read this whole story through in one go, and I'm telling you, I have never read a more powerful story then this. It doesn't matter that it's a fanfic, it doesn't matter that the characters aren't yours. It's the fact that, as I read through the chapters in this story, I really felt as though I was Roxas.

At the end, Or at least when Leon died and the continuation afterwards, I was moved to tears. I don't cry. Ever.

Maybe it was how Cloud was the one who was hit so hard, how it all went wrong so suddenly. It was so unexpected, but I can't help but think it flowed.

I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to link this story on my FF page, as one of my favourite story's.

Boofeh, my dear! It took me a while but I finally got around reviewing you absolutely wonderful fic!

I've loved this fic ever since you first so it too me and reading here in has only strengthened that love. You have a knack for just writing in general and while this may only be the first chapter I already know that it is going to be amazingly well written. Your grammar, sentence structure, punctuation - is brilliant. (And I'll admit I'm jealous)

I’ve never been one for stories written in first person but you have done an excellent job. I really enjoy how you have written it from Roxas’s point of view – from and angst filled teenager.

Considering that this is set in an AU - I think you characterization is spot on. Every one of the characters you have introduced has been well written and very likable. I particularly enjoy Cloud – he is very different from what he was like in Final Fantasy and I actually enjoy it. It’s an interesting side for him.

Overall, Boofeh. You have done and absolutely, bloody amazing job. I’ll definitely be reading and reviewing the rest of your fic.

I LOVE the changes you made to the chapter. 33 Oh my god, it’s perfect. It was so fun to read back over it and pick out all the little details you changed, from directly mentioning Namine to expanding on Sora’s relationship with Riku. And of course, the reuniting scene between Roxas and Riku is fantastic! I’m flattered that you decided to use my “one little kiss” idea—It definitely had me squeeing. 8DD Compared to the previous version, it flows better, makes sense, and of course I’m so happy with the way that you preserved Roxas’ character. It’s all-around amazing. And pssh, no need to thank me.. It was your incredible writing ability that created this masterpiece of a chapter. I was just the little gust of wind that pushed you in the right direction. xD
