I've been binge watching the show from the first season of Naruto. I'm on Shippuden now, and Kakashi is one of my favorite characters. I love the writing style you have, there is detail but not overbearingly so. I was surprised that with only two chapters you had so many reviews and I'm very disappointed I didn't find this fic sooner when the other 26 chapters were up. Rewriting the story leaves a lot of work to do, so I'm eager to see what the story is now.

I liked your story, though I wish we could have seen Rairakku be more badass, maybe later ? I loved how she doesn't realize the innuedos and how utterly lost she is when confronted with feelings. I hope you'll continue your story someday because I can already imagine the duo Kakashi and Mitsuko will make when they go back to Konoha. I have a feeling, Mitsuko will keep improving and I was hoping to see more of their relationhship (Kakashi may have looots flaws, I can't stop loving him )

Yes, I just read this in one go.
Overview: solid and concise plot. The OC, although having a kekkei genkai, is not all-powerful and all-knowing. The story is not forced and quite easy going. The characters have concrete and real emotions and they grow or deflate with them. Plus I can totally imagine Kakashi having those thoughts and feelings. All in all, a full 9 outta 10 so far.
Please do not abandon the story as you said you wouldn't some chapters before. Hope you update soon!

All of the bickering between Obito and Kakashi amuses me. I also like how Kakashi criticizes Rairakku. Despite how disinterested he wants to seem, I suspect that he's more invested in her than he wants anyone to know. ;3 He's definitely interested. Though, I recall that it'll take some time for their relationship to develop, and I'm eager to enjoy that development again.

On an unrelated note, Rin and Rairakku are so cute! And I love that Obito is her biggest fan. So much love for the friendships here!

I'd forgotten how endearing the interactions in this story are! My heart sighs at the antics between Obito, Kakashi, and Rin. Minato is also fatherly and stinking adorable. You portray all of them so well, Heather! I couldn't help but chuckle at how much Obito wanted to keep Kakashi out of the loop, and how insistently Rin criticized him on the colors of that kimono. Minato is as affectionate with the little lilac as I imagine he would've been with his son. A curious dynamic emerges here, between all members of the team, and I absolutely love that.

Reading this first chapter again made me feel rather sentimental. It feels like Entangled in a Missing Memory belongs in the canon storyline, and I'm so looking forward to reading through it.

I really need to start checking if stories are complete before getting invested in them. I know it's a long shot because it's been over a year, but it's there anyway of telling me how it ends?
