I just sat through and read all of these insanely long chapters in one day.
ONE.
DAY.
Oh my gosh...Everything about this was beautiful. The characterizations were spot-on, I loved Perry's and Doof's relationship, the angst, the funny parts, the random things thrown in there that are unique to the Phineas and Ferb show (i.e. "wallabies" reference, the two minions and their "symmetrical" revenge, people constantly breaking the fourth wal). I especially loved how you've managed to thoroughly explain these characters as they would be within a different timeline. Taking their personalities and quirks and flawlessly incorporating them into situations and scenarios that we never got to see on the show is difficult, but you've passed with flying colors!

I'm not sure if you ever read these reviews/check out your account, but I wanted you to know that this is one of the best Phineas-and-Ferb-related stories I have ever written. I'm a sucker for your artwork of this duo, as well. In fact, I once requested a work of art from you (the one pic of the 2nd-Dimension Flynn-Fletchers and Platyborg celebrating their first Christmas together). This story was amazing. The plot was well-thought out and wonderfully executed. I couldn't find any plot holes or contradictory elements, and your writing style is fantastic.
In short, this is a wonderful piece of Phineas-and-Ferb-themed literature, and I enjoyed every single chapter. :)

First off, man this fic is awesome! Very organized, creative and sweet just like a good fanfic should be. I really admired how you put everyone together and making them stay in character. And the idea of Doof actually saved the day is definately something that you would NOT see every day. Notice how that Harry Potter reference came out (and Candace's entrance was sheer EPIC), along with the plot never really strayed away from Perry and Doof's neme-versary, this fic is filled with all the thrills and excitement I would like to see.

*Sniff* I LOVED IT! I honestly don't want this story to end, but alas! I know it must! I didn't think you'd ever update again, BUT YOU DID! I'm so happy! I honestly can't say enough about this story. Even if I tried, It would be thousands of words long, so I'l sum it up the best I can.

First of all, THANK-YOU FOR UPDATING! I loved the final chapter. It wrapped up the story nicely and answered all the questions that needed to be answered.

Next, the plot was amazing! I loved the idea of using time travel and the space-time continum to make such a story! I never would have thought of this! It seemed so complicated, but when it was fully explained like that, it makes so much more sence!

Perry and Doof's relationship was played out nicely throughout the whole story. Even the simple things, from the emotions they portrayed to one another to what they said, and even just expressions and the attitude! It was beautiful!

I love how you were able to make such a story that sounded difficult, but when fully explained at the end, makes total sense! It's rare to find a story like that anywhere nowadays! You were right at the begining. I do kinda wonder how it exists, but, eh, I won't question it.

The background music you chose was perfect! It fit the mood amazingly every time! It made me remember some music I'd heard before (Twilight Princess) and introduced me to new music as well! (Boss death, Portal 2) It was all so amazing!

Well, so I don't end up like Doof, I'll stop my ramble there. I just thought you should know how much I loved this story from start to finish!

Firstly a couple of misc things I forgot over the story: The whole space-time continuum thing... that's usually shaky territory. I wonder how much time you spent thinking about it :p but it did work out all nicely at the end. Also, I think the little Phineas and Isabella moments were cute xD

C19: and the time for despair and feels are over, the time for action has begun! Another change in tone of the story as the climax looms.

C20:
"Back doors are very important," the other one pointed out. "It's a pretty cliché way of sneaking into places, and we're supposed to make sure no one takes advantage of that."
"No one's gonna take advantage of it," his friend grumbled, looking quite irritated. Just then, he looked up and gasped, seeing a small group of rebel soldiers coming towards them with their Sonic Pulse Guns raised. "Ok, so maybe they are."
I lol'd.

C21: Now, I'm pretty experienced at breaking the 4th Wall. Blythe and I co-write a fic that pretty much tramples it to death. And the way you inserted yourself... was masterful :D it added a nice touch of comic relief in a really great way.
And good placement. Rodney's lie was... the ultimate climax of evil moves. I'm not sure what's the worst thing about it... no, wait, I do. It's scarily believable, that's what. You had Rodney execute it perfectly. And it would be the only thing capable of truly breaking the likes of Perry. Powerful stuff.

C22: Doof hero mode! Yes! Time for that build-up of feelings to come to a head and for him to take action on it, as things start moving pretty quickly. The ending of the chapter was... memorable, since it's been there for months!

C23: My face when I got the email saying TATA had a new chapter...
Final chapter is stunning. We knew what roughly had to happen but there were still loads of surprises and that ending was really lovely, with the leap years and Meme-versary thing in the future, along with all that action... it really had everything. It was worth the wait, it certainly did not disappoint.

I really feel this should literally be on everybody's reading list. It's a masterpiece among masterpieces, a treasure trove of general and fanfic-specific writing style, techniques and devices, a rollercoaster of emotion. All that's left is for me to applaud you for a great story.

And insist you stick around and keep writing ;)

C14: More Joe and Dean!
..And that's where the excitement ends. Chapter 14 was so shocking and powerful... Hit me right in the feels. Once again there's a change in the feel of the whole story, as there was when Perry met up with the boys and all. Which is a testament to your writing skills.
It's also a testament to your skill that in each section my feels followed the chapters so Really Depressing Chapter really hit me in the feels. Also, the little Neme-versary bit between Perry and Doof... that really is a strong little thread that runs through and keeps the story together, rather than a story that's spiraled out of control and become unrecognizable.

Great to see Phineas and Ferb in character even in the prison cells.

It's also frightening how outright evil Rodney is. Out of the main evil characters he does seem to have the meanest streak in him. It contrasts spookily with his voice and character as a whole... it's normally difficult to take him seriously. It makes him quite the villain.

Ah, wallabies and lol llamas. the little things really embellish the whole story and prove that the combination of your passion and writing ability put this story on another level entirely.

C7: Aw, Perry sleeping in the room with Doof was adorable :D

C9: Such an epic chapter! The action was wonderful, and you had Perry and Doof teamed up exactly as they should've, and Joe and Dean make for such good henchmen. It's a testament to your writing that even as relatively minor, original characters they stand out distinctly as individual characters.

C10: Awwwww! Finally, you've put the 'Phineas and Ferb' in, well, 'Phineas and Ferb'.
His meeting the boys is such an emotional scene! There was all that build-up, and then that moment when we realise it might be them, must be them...

C11: The boys remembering 'that day'... another rocky topic in fanfics in general. The helmet head systems is a fairly common way around it, actually. I believe that from the dream episode though, so technically... xD I'd prefer a cleverer way around it or for their remembering to be given time and focus in its own right, but it's a fairly small personal issue and of course I'm happy to just roll with it :D
And if we're going with that, Isabella never had a helmet head system anyway, so that explains why she wasn't protected ;)

Anyway, the boys are wonderfully in character, which is really something given how often fics have put the gang in resistance/agency positions and lost sight of their personalities and style. You've got them down from their speech/actions to bigger things like the way they're running the resistance as a whole and their protective feelings towards Perry. And that's awesome.
