Omg this fanfic is all types of amazing! The creativity, the plot, the originality, the characters! It all just works. The story just got better as it progressed. Too bad this hasn’t been updated in something like 4 years, so I won’t be expecting an update anytime soon, but this book will still remain in my favourites. Great story, great writing.

What were the odds: I have read and been lurking around Follow Me Down for about a year now, and couple days ago was searching for some fics to procrastinate with. I stumbled upon this, and got hooked already within the first chapters, no matter the obsession I've developed as the story progressed. Then, you mentioned Follow Me Down in one AN, and I was like "OOOOOH so this is the same author! No wonder both are so good!"
Thank you for the magnificient story (which has also been great as I too write a story with superpowers and your ideas have been a great inspiration :3), and I hope you will manage continuing it (and Follow Me Down!) soon :)

Ah, another intense chapter! Both of the fight scenes were great and written well. I'm kind of jealous!

Arthur was really cool in his own fight to be specific. Look at that Brit go.

Since you brought it up, I think the way you portrayed Tyr's attempt to get a handle on reading and writing came across very well. Also, I'm enjoying seeing Antonio as a fish/hybrid/thing. Seems like he's had an adventure since we last saw him.

A few tiny edit notes:

-"...those watching were no visible or..." seems like some incomplete/confusing phrasing. Adjust how you wish.

-In the section that focuses on Feli, I think it would have been nice to see more of the scene where Thai and Viet show up in detail. This is totally my opinion and doesn't need to be taken seriously, but it's here if you want to do anything with it.

Ah, yay, I finally caught up!

Things are getting pretty exciting in the city, but now Arthur definitely has his own troubles to deal with as well. I'm a bit tired so I can't leave too comprehensive of a review, but it was as great of a chapter as always. Keep it up!

It's really nice to see the story move on from the point it was at since you started reworking it! The rewrites definitely helped out with the story structure, but it's nice to get things moving again.

I wish you the best of luck with managing your notes! I definitely know what it's like to have so many notes you don't know what to do with them...but I have faith in you! Even if things are getting "out of hand," that's part of the fun of writing, sometimes you don't know where you'll end up.

As for the story getting darker, I personally don't mind. Do whatever you think is best for doing this story justice. I think all us readers trust your judgement.

And since you brought up Arthur, the reference to Flying Mint Bunny was great. Now the only question is whether or not he's really a hallucination or real...?

On a quick edit note, most of the dialogue mechanics are off in this chapter. it's not too terribly bad, but they're still noticeable. I mostly saw periods at the end of sentences where commas should be and dialogue tags capitalized where they didn't need to be. I figured just pointing out the basic problems would be enough to get them fixed, but if you want me to be more specific, I can be if you drop me a line.

I'm still a chapter behind, though. Right now I don't have the time to read the next one, but I'll probably read it sometime soon once I get free time. Once again, good luck with your writing and I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the story!
