I'm glad that although you've abandoned this fic, it ended to a scene that didn't leave me hanging (that much, anyway). This is a spectacular fic and I do hope so much that you would continue this someday! This must've taken very much effort to plan and write and it can be seen! This is so good, I love how you danced between Remus' and Tonks' points of view. Bonus points for Charlie, good to see that Remus is just a human (hah) as well. And honestly, Dora could write a 'How to Be a Good Partner' book because she's so impossibly patient character. I mean, look at her: taking all that insecure shit Remus is pulling and yet again love conquers all. Hell, I swear I would've dumped him numerous times. She's so Black through and through with all that I-Get-What-I-Want attitude. I love her.
I liked how it took Remus many reasons, sleepless nights and a big pile of stress on him before he left. It wasn't just a moment's spur but a long time of drifting apart because of his insecurities and fears. And I love how Tonks shut him up. I love that woman.

I am getting exhausted from Remus' insanity. Everytime he mentions his mantra about negativity, it's like I want to hit him.

That was very cruel of Remus to say thise things. Very cruel. He's arguing to her on purpose.

thirty years of conditioning cannot be done away by a fortnight. Remus' brain worry because it had already experienced the consequrnces of stavation and torture if he can't find solutions. I know why he talks of himself with so less a self-worth. I have been a victim of bullying in school and when I graduated, I repeated what they said about me and my self-worth, for some reason. "I am ugly, I am wierd." People just scold me in the process as I tried to explain to them. "Don't talk like thatstop putting yourself down". What Tonks needs to do, is to not put down his thoughts of low worth, but just ignore them. Then repeatedly tell him that he is awesome and well-respected until his brain is reconditioned.

I don't understand why Remus didn't help the dying man after he git his wand.

Lavinia is a nice touch for a third party. She is much suited for Remus. I am an R/T fan, but once in a while I do question if happiness is worth getting more than security.

Yeah, I was thinking about it seconds ago, and seeing you didn't get many reviews, I thought you might have given up on this story... I hope I'm mistaken, though, so it would be reaaaally nice if you could just update ;)
I understand you have a life and everything, but your story is so awesome that you have to think about your readers too, and I have a feeling you have plenty of them. It's just so cool to finally have a good Remus/Tonks fanfic that to be stopped so sharply, just when I was getting excited to see them back together, is believe me quite difficult. Soooo... If you really have given up on this, I hope this review will make you change your mind (I don't think I have such a weight on your decision, but it doesn't hurt to try, does it ?), and if by some miracle you haven't then...
