even though this story was never finished it is still a classic.

Not only did you stop on a cliffhanger, you forshadowed your 7 year break in the A/N. Is there any plans to continue this or have you forgotten that it exists?

I think this is my favorite fanfic of all time, to be honest. I always have to come back and read at least some part. It's just so much fun! I absolutely love Chell's narration and sarcasm. It is indeed still valid!

I just love her characterization, I was giggling so many times while reading this. I feel so bad because her head is probably sporting some huge bruises, but it's hilarious reading about some part of her brain trying to rhyme things with guacamole. And GLaDOS is so petty and sarcastic, and I adore her, despite being a murderous AI. I love those rare soft moments she has, too, like humming to the turrets in a later chapter, or getting hugged (As a core) and not making a comment about it. And Wheatley is a sweetheart, yet he has his moments too, and I love him. Especially when he's helping Chell taunt GLaDOS. My favorite part was when they were hugging and showing affection specifically to annoy her. And Orange and Blue are adorable and I wish nothing but happiness and a billion hugs for them. By the way, do you think we'll ever see Dale again? He was hilarious. The rise of the turret empire, that was a glorious moment.

I think the first few chapters are my favorites, too, there's just something I love about them testing and taunting the murderous AI who is probably gonna incinerate them sooner or later, but then it gets serious for a moment and we know Chell can't keep this up forever and they have to escape, and soon. Plus, Wheatley being pure and not getting corrupted by the mainframe! Oh, but the bots and Chell and GLaDOS making their way through Old Aperture was great too, especially with the legendary Cave Johnson! And poor Chell's massive concussion!

Of all of them though, I think this is my favorite chapter. Things haven't gotten too bad yet, we get to see so many pure moments only made better by GLaDOS's absolute disgust, and aerial faith plates! Death by love, what a way to go.

I just really like how this fanfic is really silly and fun but then has its serious moments as well. I hope it ends alright for everyone involved! Please don't let Wheatley get flung into space! I couldn't take it playing the game and I probably won't be able to take it even now!

Hey I just wanted to ask if I can continue this story myself?
Its an amazing story and it saddens me to see that it was left to rot.
I'm an ok writer and I think I could do an ok job at representing Chell's sarcastic personality in the story. My sister and I are planning to come up with our own ending and post it here on the site.
I am assuming you don't even rub this account is dead since your last update on a story was back in 2013. So if we do write our own continuation and you don't want that let us know and we will take it down.

So this story is amazing? I'm sure you probably aren't planning on finishing it, since it hasn't been updated for like four years or something, but I just hope that you know that if you do decide to update, there's at least one person waiting for it. I loved how you characterized everyone, and the relationships were wonderfully written. I'm most disappointed by the fact that I'll likely never get to find out what happens. Like, will Chell, GLaDOS, Atlas and P-body get Wheatley out of the system? Will it be a happy ending where Chell and Wheatley are let go and run off into the surface world? Or will it end like Portal 2 did, with Wheatley getting sucked into space with little hope of returning? Or, most importantly, will Rick, the fact core, and the space core show up? Any way, you'll probably never read this and more than likely have no plans to ever finish the story, but if you do see this, PM me or something. Even if you don't plan on finishing it, I would love to know at least how it was going to end. Thanks for writing such an amazing story! I loved reading it!
