Your story was brilliant but it is a long time since you have written. I hope that you would place Christophe with Dru cause he is so awesome (in my point of view). I hope that you will write soon. Waiting to enjoy reading the next chapter. (Don't keep me waiting(: )

I like it. The only thing for me is that Ash doesn't seem quite capable of doing things on his own (after reading Reckoning.) But you're doing really well! I added this story to my favorites (:

I would prefer to see Graves and Dru together. They're just so cute and I totally think they were meant for each other. Besides, there's too many questions about Christophe's loyalty at the end of Defiance, and Graves has always done his best to be with her.

Also I think that Dru should end up with Graves because he has always been there for her, and has always supported her. Christophe flits in and out and never gives her a firm decision. Yes he loves her, but he loved her mother too, and her mother married the guy she felt safe with so...

I love Christophe x Dru. And excuse me to the people who say he's pushy? Have you not read how sweet he can be on those moments? Even Dru seems to love him. Well, she loves Graves too, but it doesn't seem all that romantic yet, except for that one scene in the bed. It just ended in awkwardness though. But yeah, for people who say he's pushy, you see how rude Graves can be to Dru? He will ignore her at times, or be completely disgusted. I love him, but really, he has as many faults as Christophe. Hope this reasoning boosts it up a little more to where those few who suggested Chris DIE or get seriously injured should sthu. If it doesn't work out for one charrie in these books, don't kill him. Ever heard of friends? Yeahh. Besides, I don't think Chris would cope well with friends but he'd do it to make her happy. Graves, I can imagine being a bit more tolerable but having major pings of jealousy every now and then.

And don't get me wrong, I love Graves, but seriously. e_e

And I don't mind the Ash x Dru pairing either, though I could only think of him as her 2nd best friend next to Graves. He's more of a loyal companion. Though I can imagine him falling for her now that he's in control of his human emotions (though he can still switch back into a wulf... his wulf is still a hell of a lot bigger than the rest. And his hair was black with a white streak. That was his wulf color). And who said he was mentally challenged? He was clearly very intelligent in wulf form after he wasn't under Sergej's control. He's just traumatized atm and not used to being human anymore. He may not be able to speak but he's witty.

Great job on the story so far! You pretty much nailed Dru's character! :D Sorry if that rant of mine mislead you to thinking that my opinion of this story is: GO CRAWL IN A HOLE AND DIE. But no, I just had to let out my feelings! Wonderful job, can't wait for more! (:

I like your story! Ash is awesome, go Team Hippie! I'm voting for Dru/Christophe, because Christophe is awesome and I love him. And... and he's Christophe. And I don't care if he handed over Graves to Sergej, he's still kickass. (At least I think that's what happened. I'm so confused by that part. My understanding is that Leon planted the papers in Christophe's desk, so he didn't know where he was, but he DID give Graves to Sergej. I think. Maybe?) GO CHRISTOPHE!

Definitely Dru and Graves. Ash is still healing, & not in any shape to be starting a relationship, to put it mildly.

Christophe? um, excuse me. he's condescending & overbearing, & wants to wrap Dru in cotton wool, only letting her out when he deems fit-Dru already feels strangled & smothered by such treatment. Ever notice in the books, that for every time she feels attracted to him physically-and it's just about always physical-she feels aggravated or uncomfortable or even just frightened by him about ten times. I think it's a pretty good bet that he's still hung up on her mother, no matter what he says, & he tries to ignore that her father ever existed (he only refers to her as a LeFevre, not an Anderson), even the training her dad gave her, & I don't think he really believes in Dru's magical abilities ('the touch') much less considers them important. Not to mention the whole mess with Graves. He may not have actually sold Graves out to Sergej, but he DID know where Graves was for some time before Dru went in to rescue him. Christophe served as his father's second in command for several years at least, maybe even decades, before he went over to the council; he KNEW, better than anyone else, exactly what was happening to Graves, & he sat back and let it happen so he could get a clear run into Dru's pants. Not to mention the implications that Anna's so psychotic because Chris messed with her head to try and make her into the svetocha he wants (not that it excuses her behaviour, but still).

In contrast, Graves has helped out a stranger in her darkest hour, even though it put his hard-won independent life at risk (& I'd bet some serious money he was abused before then too, remember the comment in bk 2 that at the schola 'no one's looking to sell my ass for drug money'?); even after it got him badly injured, tied up, threatened with a gun, & turned into a supernatural creature he'd only heard of in horror movies a day before, he followed her away from everything he's worked so hard to gain. Granted, it's given him a power & safety he's never had before, but even when Dru's compleletely messed up in bk 2, he's networking to win her allies. He's pretty much pledged to follow her anywhere, & has, including through fire & bullets. It's gotten him kidnapped, beaten & tortured, & he's still on her side. I'm also dead sure that Dru's thought about him being disgusted by her is absolutely wrong; she's spent a lot of bk 3 thinking he didn't want her, when the author interviews make it clear he's been crazy about her right from the start. Curse of a first-person POV; when the character gets it wrong, you've got to read between the lines to understand what's really happening. I'm guessing a lot of that so-called rejection was really insecurity over Christophe in particular, & I don't think he had much experience with girls before Dru-he's too exotic for high-schoolers to appreciate.

how about Dru, Graves, and Ash are about to be caught by the order but then a squad of svetocha come to their rescue and then take them to their hide out. the svetocha's have a Order of their own and their werewolf/damphir guards are part of it. the head of the Svetocha Order is Christophe's half sister.(he dosent know about her becuse shes waaaaay older and whats his face never told him about her)

This is really good. I know you havent updated in a while, but I really hope that you do, because I like what ive read so far.

And as far as relationships... its a hard one. For the first few books I was pretty keen on GravesXDru... but then he seemed to get too caught up in his friends and stuff, so I liked ChristopheXDru, especialy when he pressed up against her in the boat shed.. but then he was a bit of a dick in 4th book... so Im not keen on that either... so Im thinking Ash Dru, just because he's been so loyal.
