| Olly chapter 1 . 4/9/2019 Hogwarts' education is useless ? Yeah... Because in muggle schools we are taught how to fight dragons. Any 14 year old muggle know how to use any kind of weapon like a veteran soldier, it's part of every curriculum after all ! |
| mostcommonwombat chapter 1 . 4/2/2019 I enjoyed KB0's "Unconventional Harry" and was curious to see how this stood up against it. To my mind, it does. The humour is distinctly "darker" and there's a much harder edge to this one but the scenarios painted aren't really such a reach from "canon" when you look at the conduct of certain folk and the attitudes of magical folk in general. Krum, generally perceived as a decent guy, is painted here as a bad guy who cops his just desserts is the biggest "leap" from canon & his general portrayal in most FF. As the ending and its "go forth and conjugate" message; I think it fitting and justifiable payback. As for comments as to why Harry seems to have forgotten Hermione; I think an answer lies in what almost certainly was done to Hermione once she was withdrawn from Hogwarts after the rape. The practice of the British Ministry was to obliviate both the child who has dropped out of magical education before passing OWLS & their family of all memories of magic. Harry may or may not have been told this by either Padfoot or Moony but in any case Hermione would have no recollection of Harry even if he were able to track her down. |

| BMS chapter 1 . 5/10/2018 Good one. Though Krum got off too easy. A little Cruciotis action beforehand or eaten alive by Nagini would have been more fun to read. |
