Hmm, I do love long stories. Although I became quite fond of your story at the start, and the middle, yes the end did seem a bit too different. Not because it was unfamiliar to me, but because the narration seemed more like a summary instead of carefully recounting the events that occurred after Dastan and Tamina's marriage. Yes, I guess you had to speed it up a bit, but more words wouldn't have done any harm to the story; instead they would have given more depth.

For me the family-part felt somewhat clashing. I liked it, but it was written a completely other, far more saga-like, style.

That was great! The beginning was captivating, the middle was fun and exciting, and the end was so sad! I cried so hard! And of course, the whole thing was wonderfully romantic! Really beautiful piece! Not super short like the others too! Really, truly, amazing!

This is a wonderful story! Firstly, thank you for completing it in just one chapter! I agree with you that the length is exactly what it should be; in fact, I kind of lost interest and skimmed through the rest after Dastan and Tamina got married (officially). Second, I really like how you handled the whole he remembers/she doesn't plot. There's no life threatening villain and it is very straight forward and simple - Dastan takes Tamina on the same journey they took together, but it is because of its simplicity that makes the story realistic and believable. Thirdly, you write very well from Tamina's point of view. I believe that one of the most difficult aspect about writing fiction is to show, not tell readers what the characters think and feel, and you've done the former beautifully. Thank you so much for an enjoyable read!
