This story is utterly pathetic, how come a 36yrs Auror facing war 2x is very weak . He know Dumbledore is not saint he manipulate him for goodness sake. And lets not forget how he is the heir/Lord Potter which is one of the oldest pureblood added with the Black fortune he suppose to be one of the richest in wizarding society how come u said it not much. Harry still want to marry Ginny after what happened? I guess his strength and 36yrs old mind have been affected during time traveling

I tried...I really did...but sorry to say can't stomach a mentally 36yrs old auror to get beaten bloody and survive almost 2months on one piece of bread. doesn't he know abuse is a criminal offence? your story is just a pathetic excuse of rehashing everything cannon! A 30 something old man still wants to marry the same cheating-lying woman he did the last time? are you insane? if everything is going to be same then why so much drama.?

Massive disappointment this fic. It was so promising for first 9 chapters then it followed the same old template which I skipped the last dozen chapters to confirm it was all the same old story with variations.

It was good writing and decent depth of characters and feeling. If you've hardly read any Potter fan fiction then read this - it's great as one of the first fics you'll read. But if you've read hundreds of accounts of this same old story then give this a miss - there's nothing original in the actual plot. Seems fic writers can't think up anything new. I think somewhere there must be a list of stuff that happens in Philosopher's Stone somewhere they all follow it to the letter. The only cred I can give this is that it is an old fic so prob most of the other hundreds were later. so it's like the original cliche rather than all the hundreds of cliches that follow. And if I sound heartily miserably disappointed. I am. Because the start was so good. I thought I'd found a creative original author. I was wrong.
