Lowkey I love this story and I sort of always go back to read it. I see you haven't updated in a long time, but you really should. This story is so good. You are an excellent writer. It's hard for me to find Team Rocket fanfics that actually expand into the world and history of the crime syndicate. This story does just that. I should probably go back and review all of the other chapters though. Cheers!

I just finished reading this fic for the second time, and still can't get over how incredible it is. The way you've written the characters and their stories is absolutely beautiful. Perfection. Yet again, the last chapter left me yearning for more. Although I know it's been well as over a year since the last update, I find myself hoping that there will be more to come ;-) I can't praise this story enough!

Sun and Moon coming out brought back my love of Pokemon and therefore Rocketshipping. This fic is amazing. I know it hasn't been updating in more than a year, but this is still 29 chapters of twists and turns and amazing plot and writing, so I felt a review was 100% necessary. Thank you for this.

I freaking love this story already so much; I'm in a bit of a time crunch so I've been skimming a few chapters here and there (in a bit of a Neoshipping mood as of late) but once I have time I'd like to read this from start to finish. I've always enjoyed your Team Rocket stories but for some reason I never got around to reading this one and I'd finally like to start! You're an awesome writer and I thank you for contributing to the Rocket side of the fandom with all your great work!

Omg. this fic is dazzling. the intricacies and the feelings of the characters are really explored. also, a fic that has giovanni as ash's dad AND rocketshipping together? i'd never thought it possible. plus it gives a real reason as to why the duo chase ash all the time...I friggin love it. great thinking. great writing. :) I will patiently yet excitedly wait for the next installment!

the astin thing in this chapter threw me off because i wasn't sure of the time frames, and whether it was real or memory, but then again I haven't seen large chunks of the anime. so i appreciate the small overview this fic gives me of major milestones in the characters' lives too.

Let me just say that this is not only one of the best fanfics I've ever read, but one of the best stories at all, period. Your writing style is great; a perfect balance between descriptions/explanations and dialogue so that it flows together smoothly. I love how real all the characters feel; even the scumbags (cough-Giovanni) are three-dimensional and you can see and understand why they're the way they are. And there's so many layers to the story yet they all fit together so neatly. Once I finished the first chapter I had to stop myself from binge-reading the whole thing. It's captivating, funny, heart-breaking, exciting, sweet, and just amazing. I look forward to the next chapter and beyond! Thank you so much for this gem!

Let me say first of all that you have done an excellent job of world-building with this story! I love the layers, with Giovanni and Miyamoto's side of the story, Butch and Cassidy, our favorite Rocket-dan, and even "the twerps" somewhere in the background! I also really like your take on Delia's past, she's a very interesting character.

(WARNING, SPOILERS FOLLOW!) So far, I thought I had a good understanding of Jessie and James' relationship, but now in this chapter or a recent one, they seem to have said that they- or at least Jessie- don't consider them[her]sel[f]ves to be "in love." I thought that that had been the shake-up of the mid-chapters, that they had finally acknowledged this, made love, etc. Now I'm a tad confused...
