This is so disturbingly awesome, it's officially one of my favorites. I was rewatching SPN, while reading this, and never noticed how often Sam says that line til now. This could totally be followed with Dean's "Awesome."
I really was expecting Dean to walk in on Sam's Get-this-gasm, but you went and made me hyper-analytical about the boy's habits instead. Kudos!
