I absolutely love your writing about Sam and Freddie - with every story, be it One-Shot or not, it's like you've got a glimpse in the life of the actual TV-characters.
The scenery is usually both vivid and witty the same time, like it is the case with this fanfiction.
Nice idea, though, that they didn't get all lovey-dovey like we want them to be all the time but are actually on a good level to overcome their "distance" and slightly starting to warming up to each other.
Remarkable, that you didn't forget dear Carly (and Spencer and , of course) between the whole Seddie-stuff.
Anyway, Sam being on a Galaxy Wars convention with Freddie?! Hard to believe, to be frankly. Nonetheless, you caught their moments perfectly! Especially when Freddie aks her if she "just made [it] a habit of going around giving nerds pity first kisses". It was indeed a subtle way of Sam for showing her affection towards our favourite-nerd, though the circumstances were not only unexpected but rather extreme :)
A great idea, though and even better implemented!
I hope for more Seddie of yours ;)

Really amazing, I love Seddie friendship fics, especially when they are as well written and in character as they are in this story! All your clever Galaxy Wars names made me laugh, especially Master Joma (and Freddie bought her a toy, aw!) and when Sam got the Centennial Eagle for Freddie I think I actually sighed at how adorable it all was. Damn Carly for ruining their moment (no, I do love her)! Another wonderful fic, well done!

Okay, so I finally got around to reading this (not too sure why I kept putting it off tbh) and I just have to say that I loved it! I was practically squealing when I realized that she did that all for him. It was so cute. :) The only other thing I have to say is that I was surprised that they didn't get together or at least kiss towards the end of the story. (I've read all of your other Seddie fics and I've noticed how most of them go down that road lol. Not a bad thing at all.) However, that isn't a negative comment, I enjoyed how it ended on more of a friendshippy note. Overall, awesome story! (Btw, it's foreverseddiexo from the forum. :) )

I read this a few days ago (and neglected to review, shame on me) but I just got back from the big comic book convention I go to every year so I really felt like reading it again (which would make this the first time I've ever re-read an iCarly fanfic!) and now I must review and tell you how excellent you are :D

Without a doubt I have to say that even if I might have to think about it for a moment before I'd claim this the best iCarly fic I've ever read, I can definitely say without hesitation that it was (and still is the second go) the most fun read I've ever had for an iCarly fic. It's just fun! And I'd be lying if I didn't contribute a good bit of that to the fact that it largely takes place at a geeky convention and my geeky self was giggling the whole time in delight because of that. So if it satisfied your inner geek to write, it surely satisfied by not-so-inner geek to read it!

But besides that it's just a brilliant, fun, amazingly written and in character story and the best thing about it is its a simple little story in plot but there's so much to it for the characters. It had an amazing ending (that didn't feel obligated to result in Sam and Freddie making out!) and wonderful set-up for the beginning and great build and pacing through-out. And your timing with the narrative and dialog is always so perfectly played out and natural, especially lovely in the scene with them at the pizza place.

Basically, I love it all :)

Oh, I loved this. So perfect and in-character-I could totally see this happening in the show! Certainly would explain all the alone time they appeared to be having in iGP. Because they're friends, BEST FRIENDS! Hahahahaha...anyway, that was adorable. I'm going to go read your other stuff now.

This is a awesome story! You picked a really good "date" for Sam and Freddie. Considering where the date was, it could have gone in a lot of directions. I'm glad you went for the "Sam has fun despite the nerdiness and she does something nice for Freddie" direction. It was pretty touching and the way you wrote it out made the story all the more enjoyable. I like the Galaxy Wars names you made, my personal favorite being the Centennial Eagle. I am looking forward to whatever stories you come up with next. May the Flux be with you!
