You've got a unique story line with a lot of potential to be great. Although, you have made Naruto to bossy and full of himself. You are rushing the plot something awful. Your main character is to powerful to soon. Thank you for your time and efforts on this story.

For the part where Naruto gets his Zanpakto, I think that you could change the line. Like
'Accendiently Kami Sprinkled gifts on the wrong person, and now Naruto has Zanpakuto.

I really wanted to like this, but damn, the dialogue is pure rubbish. Absolutely no one speaks like the characters in this story, let alone 7 year olds. None of their actions make any sense either; why would Naruto spill his sob story within 5 seconds of meeting someone?
It's no wonder this story was abandoned

You need a couple beta readers. Your story is rushed too much. Things should flow easy like a gentle creek (Not in fights/battles) not a raging river that changes too much too fast.
