Well, I know we all want to justify Janine's mother skills. But I believe this to be too much.

Hot, HOT, HOT! I loved that his whole body was still shaking, we often hear Rose's thoughts during M scenes but Dimitri is focused on what he's doing to her and how she's responding. Having you write how affected he was by her actions takes this to a deeper level.

I feel so badly for Christian. Tasha's betrayal had to be horrible for him.

I loved his birthday party. I think it's so nice they can just be normal for a while.

I really like Oksana and Mark. I think they have the stability and experience that Lissa and Adrian need.

I really liked how Rose and Dimitri got to spend the day at the park, doing nothing but enjoying life and the kids.

When I turned the last page of Last Sacrifice I was happy, they were together and had an their whole lives ahead of them, providing they lived through fighting strigoi of course. But I realized that Olena didn't know her son was alive again. I was sooo upset that Richelle Mead hadn't thought to include a short paragraph that said something like "And Rose walked in their apartment just as Dimitri was saying "I love you too Mama". That way we'd have known Olena wasn't mourning him anymore.

"Homecoming" was an okay story but I really only needed him to walk up and her recognize his eyes were normal and she hug him. Then them go in and have family stuff happen.

If you ever do a rewrite if this chapter "Adrian's Lost Chapter" wouldn't cause too much difference.

Adrian's birthday is August 3 and Jill sees him during the day, she invites him to this big dinner and she is assassinated during the meal, Adrian used Spirit to bring her back, making her shadow kissed to him.

Then they go away and Bloodlines starts. Right after that is probably when "Homecoming" starts and Rose/Dimitri go to Russia to see his family. Then Rose and Lissa take off to Lehigh for college.

So your dinner is absolutely perfect timing.

Very good job, I've always wondered why Janine was so horrible to Rose. The lack of even saying hello to her when she visited the academy. Like when she was visiting in Stan's class and Rose got in the argument with her. She was vile to Rose.

I cannot wait to see what they have to say! I would love to know what's going to come out about Abe and Janine when Richelle Mead writes more story. I can't wait to read what you wrote about them.

Loved the party and the conversation with Eddie. Dimitri didn't know all the stuff that Rose and her friends with through to get Dimitri back, glad you put that in.
