Ahh, so this is where you and Ted Wakeman begin to cross over. Gosh, I remember reading Headlines sometime last year and it's finally great to see the stories beginning to entwine. Arthur is returned at last, bringing his usual comedic persona with her and ready for action. From here, I am beginning to see what builds up Fears and Feathers Vegas and I'm very much looking forward to seeing what you will produce from there.

Nice work to you and bluecatcinema for this story. You've both done good together and I can't wait to summarise my thoughts in this final chapter. The two of you working together definitely created something unique here.

I'll admit, I had my doubts when I read the first couple of chapters due to the short length and kind of rushed start, but it soon grew on me and I enjoyed reading every part of it. There's quite a bit to take in at once, of course. One thing I will be honest about, I think you guys relied a bit too much on songs within chapters and could have cut that down quite easily in favour of more story telling.

Overall, I enjoyed the work and I look forward to seeing the sequel. I have read Ted's version, so my reviews might seem a bit similar, but at least I'll go in with the reassurance you finished it. Looking forward to it!

Well, it doesn't look like Jewel will be killing Blu anytime soon, but at least tensions are beginning to settle between them. On the brighter note, I can't wait to see how Blu will react to Carlos speaking after being silent for so long. That'll be a great moment, but I think we'll be waiting for a sequel for that.

If you were to tell me this story's theme was couples counselling, I'd believe you all in an instance. Good chapter and I'm glad things have settled, but I feel Jez got let off too lightly for all the trouble she caused.

By the way, one part that caught me off guard was when you said Jewel gritted her teeth. Birds don't have teeth, just their beak.

Blu and Jez are siblings? Now that I was not expecting to be a revelation, but it's somewhat disturbing when I think about it. In that case, does that mean Jez was trying to go out with her own brother the whole time?

But I think they have bigger problems if Pedro manages to tell Jewel. Nice twist though, didn't expect it and it totally caught me off guard. And back in Rio, Carlos has finally found his voice! Such a cute moment and it definitely gave Rafael the spotlight on why he's such a great secondary character.

Man, just when you think things are finally beginning to look up, Jez is back to cause further trouble. And in the meantime, Rafael is doing what he can to help poor Carlos. It's good to see that all of Blu's friends have learned to associate with the humans in a good way. Let's see what will happen next

Seems the previous heat has finally cooled off, but I fear it's only going to be a matter of time before they argue again when Jez returns. Don't know what her problem is other then the obvious. Let's hope further confrontations don't escalate.

I'm beginning to feel this story is less of a romance and more of a drama. In a good way though. It's amazing how much destruction one person can cause. In the meantime, I feel Carlos is getting closer to finally unlocking his voice but still has a ways to go. We're reaching the end soon. Tonight is the night I finish!

I was waiting for the chapter where Blu and Jewel would finally meet up with Pedro and Robyn. Looks like the lover's quarrel has began and the situation exploded fast. Let's hope Jez's trickery is revealed soon. And on another note, Nigel is finally making his move. Makes me feel bad for the small bird (Tiny according to the wiki) she always seems to get tormented.

Called it, Jez is up to no good after all! She clearly doesn't understand who she is messing with when it comes to Jewel. In a way, I'm half-hoping they'll be a fight between them. Let's hope Pedro and Robyn can break up the conflict soon before further incidents happen.

Really great chapter here. I like how you've offered a lot of development between Flora and Robyn here, the two new female OCs. We learned quite a bit about the former and I appreciate how we learn more about their pasts. I am curious to see how Robyn's past will catch up with her one day. Nico and Flora are a really cute couple and their affectionate is great. Until then, let's go and read some more!

Ahh, so it looks like we have another new plot point entering. Jez, another blue macaw. Somehow I got the feeling she's going to stir up trouble, but I've been wrong before. One thing I want to suggest, try not to repeat information. To give you an example, during the cliff section, you mentioned how Rafael taught Blu to fly here and then you had him say it again to Carlos. You wouldn't need to tell the audience something twice, narrative wise. Hope that makes sense.

So, don't get me wrong, I am really loving the story so far, but I'm slightly uncertain on which is the main focus. The vacation, Nigel's return or Carlos finding his voice? It's not difficult for me to keep up, but I would like some sense of direction. In the meantime, I'm really hoping we get some romance moments between Nico and Flora. That would be so great and you've written them as a cute couple so far.

Interesting to see that Rafael passing on the wisdom to Carlos that he once told Blu. Kind of like passing the touch down in a way. Regardless, looking forward to seeing how their progression turns out.

At a last, everyone's off to Nigeria Falls! Looking forward to seeing what unfolds from here on out. Hopefully we also get some scenes with Nico and Flora to develop some of Carlos' character.
