Read this on Equestria Daily and discovered by a comment it was here. So, let me say, this fanfic really really has my interest peaked. I must admit I am wondering myself how this happened and the mystery gets intruiging! :)

I sincerely hope this fanfic continues and that it comes to a good conclusion. It is well written and keeps things suspenseful! :) Keep it up.

This story is good and I'm enjoying the slow pace but I must admit the mystery is getting a little old.

I'm hoping next chapter will explain a few things.

The character dialogue is surprisingly good most of the time and most character are fairly well explored but some of the characters, Applejack springs to mind, feel like they don't have enough to do or say. But I suppose she isn't the focus of this story and she doesn't have many supernatural abilities you could exploit for a freak out scene or something similar.

Overall a good series that just needs to pick up the pace a little bit. But then I'm not a professional critic and my opinion to you should mean diddly swat.

I love this story so much it's so interesting and the ending of each chapter just leaves me wanting more every single time. had to wait a while for this chapter but given it was just Christmas and new year and your chapters are so wonderfully long this is understandable. I love the way you've portrayed the characters and you haven't gone OOC with any of them (except perhaps Spike but that's understandable.

Yay a humanized pony story! I'm serious, I'm happy! I love these stories. This story is very interesting and intense. I'm kinda surprised that Twilight doesn't get much mail from Celestia. Like back usual.

I'm glad you got the personalities right, that seems like a major problem with most authors. To be honest, I'm not much of a Spike fan, but in this story he's pretty cool.

you could have indicated the scene changes with some *'s or -'s or since some come so sudden and until i realize it happened im all confused ,maybe its just me tho lol

That was great! I really enjoy imagining the characters as humans (based on the popular results at deviantART for such searches), and I was glad we got to see Sweetie Belle/Sarah. What about Rarity's parents, now that they've appeared on the show?

This chapter has made it clear that Spike knows something, but how much exactly is the question. Even Twilight noticed, although she dismissed it, he wanted Pinkie to believe the song had inspired her to think of him as dragon and Twilight's assistant. The moment where he said he needed to watch out for Pinkie (and probable her remembering the most about Equestria) confirmed the deal completely. Then Rainbow was suddenly mixing up names up from Ponyville, saw Spike with his tail and people with Cutie Marks. I wonder how the 'sight' works and why stronger on some of the girls than the others.

The interaction between Spike and Twilight is great to watch. He's still sometimes running errands for her (and as efficient as ever in a library) but the dynamic is changed from that of child and adult/adolescent to both being teenagers around the same age. Where she was before his protector if necessary, it's his role now to protect her; while she had more life-experience in their old life, he is now the more pragmatic and seeing the practical solutions (calling the police for them to diffuse the fight at the party). He's still a boy, though, wanting to prove himself. The bullies can count themselves lucky that Twilight's magic hasn't broken out yet in this moment - she would look terrifying with her eyes glowing white and floating around. And mop the ceiling with them.

I find it interesting that here Spike feels uncomfortable among crowds when in Equestria he always took up on the microphone and be the announcer when offered, drawing the attention to himself. I wonder if it's the change of upbringing on Earth or him changing due to puberty or both.

I'm enjoying seeing them interact with each other as I think the show neglected this. And hopefully Twilight and the other girls continue to make him feel home. Just what is his life in Casterly like that he is so happy about a welcome party?

About chapter 8: I wonder if Spike has to take up his bodyguard role next chapter. You focused a lot on him this chapter and being protective of Twilight, and something big is going to happen. Then, it could focus around Rainbow or both of them. Or maybe it's something different.

My theory on this :

Equestria and Terra(Earth) exist in the same place and time, only in different dimensions.

But... something happened and the two collided together.

Thus destroying both star systems and creating a third.

Since there are humans on Earth than ponies on Equestria, Earth has seven-point-something billion currently, the ponies and other sentients on Equestria were either turned into humans... or merged with their human counterparts.

When Twilight asks the question "...what would you have taken if you had actually had the choice.", you forgot a question mark.

I'm enjoying this story. I first found it on EqD, and read most of it on Google Docs, but I vastly prefer for reading fan fiction because it lets you leave reviews and talk with the author, and see others' reviews. The only advantage to Google Docs fan fictions is that you can have pictures.

Interesting! I find myself fascinated by the difficult position Pinkie finds herself in.
