Love it! I loved every moment of this story! Thank you for writing such a lovely Ron/Harry story. Both boys were written incredibly in character and the interaction between them felt completely natural.

Aww so sweet! It's a shame this pairing isn't more popular. Ron and Harry as a couple have so much to offer. To start with, the entire Weasley family! After the life he's lived, Harry does to have such a big family smothering him with affection and love.

So beautiful! The progression of events leading to their realizations was perfect!

great story truly amazing... cant wait for the sequel! :) one of the absolute best iv ever read... u were able to keep the characters in true form were so many others have let them morph into wimpy pouty strange versions of them selves and I love how u stayed true to the main story line while adding your own twist to the plot... u actually have me wondering whether or not your JK... not an easy thing to do... :)

I think it was a good idea to include so much from canon. It just shows that Harry/Ron could have been canon since a lot of their moments could be twisted to be strongly shippy; they almost went to the Yule Ball together haha. Plus, it gives a strong canon-feel. OoTP is the least bromance shippy though so if you're going to continue, the story would certainly divert quite a bit more... AH, curious what kind of ideas you're mentioning in the Author's Notes here. (I mean, all of the Cho/H scenes would have to be taken out or twisted, and oh - Ron getting his Prefect's badge, that scene always gets to me in the book.)

I thought a lot of the changes made from canon were clever: e.g. the love square in Rita's article. I also thought that the opening scene was really adorable and perfect. I could just imagine the scene really vividly- quiet, awkward and tense (all of the above more so for Harry). And the dialogue, I was hanging on every word though it felt like a really intimate moment, that I felt a bit like a voyeur? Very sweet scenes between the two throughout. You have a sort of unrushed writing style which makes the story flow and seem natural.

I don't know what much else to add though I'm sure I'm forgetting loads of what I'd been meaning to mention; I really enjoyed the story, thanks so much for writing it!

All in all a brilliantly executed fic :)

"Fred and George now enjoyed jumping in front of Ron and him in the hallways, only to fall behind them moments later to say, "Oops! Sorry lads, we nearly forgot that you prefer it this way these days."' This made me wheeze with laughter!

'"D'you think that's a good sign or quite bad?"
Ron shook his head. "There's no telling with that one."' This seemed exactly like something Ron would say :)

"It was done up in Gryffindor colors, with hangings all over the ceiling, and a soft, mushy-looking rug covering the floor."I'm not sure I would have used "mushy" in this context as it tends to make me think of the consistency of baby food rather than the texture of soft furnishings.

Loved this line :D '"You're a bloody midget," he muttered quietly into his ear.'

I don't usually go for Ron/Harry fics but I really like this one so far, because it's written in a really believable way, with just the right amount of awkwardness.
In response to Hermione's claim I'd say that Ron's emotional range is in fact more equal to that of a coffee mug than a teaspoon
This is one of my favourite lines: 'If he wasn't mistaken, Ron's expression softened considerably at these words. "Oh, bloody hell, Harry. Widen those big, green eyes at someone else, will you?"' :D

This was pretty amazing! I'm not usually a big Harry/Ron fan but sometimes I'm in the mood for it. lol This is exactly how it should happen! Thank you for the wonderful read.

Seriously, this is the most beautiful stories I've read- it's not all about the physicall things, Ron and Harry's relationship doesn't overshadow the plot, the chararacters where portrayed wonderfull- it was just- gah! The best! You, my dear writer have gained an admirer- and earned it :)
