Usually I just call him Xiang (short for xiang gang the chinese name for hong kong) but that means fragrance and since hong kong is a boy, I'm not so sure that it's a legit name.

Love the story. I usually call Hong Kong by his human name, Kaoru. But some people don't like that name and go with either plain Hong or Leon, or any other chinese name they pick.

omg marinated eggs are soo good...not the vinigery/gingery ones, those are gross, but ones marinated in like this soy sauce kinda sauce (lo-soy dan in canto) but yeah, i usually call hong kong Bruce in tribute to Bruce Lee, but the most popular names in the fandom that i notice are Kaoru and Leon. anyways, i was kinda expecting either a more traditional chinese dish, im not saying shanghai noodles are bad or anything, or some kind of hong kong/gong-doung/haganese kinda food. crap i probably spelt that wrong, i only know it in cantonese (hakga) and that romanitation is probably wrong too...yeah, hope you're able to understand my jumbled up mess.

I call Hong Kong 'Michael' and 'Leroy/Leon' for his English names and 'Shang/Xiang' for his Chinese side. Not sure about other though D:
