I loved this fic so much
I'm late by so many years
Just like Merlin, there were moments when I doubted Arthur's feelings. But later, they were cleared.
And the ending with Urien and later with Uther, very interesting.
I was very happy with the final scene and the last few lines :P

I thought the story was well done, and parts of it was funny, it was well written I could read this story again.

lol this was a great fic, and loved the ending, except for the part where it was like 20 years later (if I'm guessing Uther's age right) As I don't think they could have waiting that long AND not be caught AND Arthur never notice Merlin's magic
But other wise this was interesting, engaging, and I loved Princess Gale's speech, go girl power! XD

In an earlier chapter, you said that Merlin knew he would like King Urien. But other times, he calls him a murderer. What's going on?

I feel like you could do an amazing prolouge leading up to the established relationship. that being said I love the smooth narrative

I like that Gale stood up for herself. I didn't want Arthur to take all of the blame in this because both of them did not wish to get married. And Merlin, stepping up, priceless. I think Uther was much too shocked to react because treaty or no treaty, he would have still been mad -normally- at Merlin for stepping outside of the line of a servant. He is very much for propriety.

This was a really good chapter. I understand that life happens in between these postings but I hope you post again soon. And after you come to an end of the story, maybe an epilogue?
