I stumbled on to this fic somehow and read all the way through only find out an unknown "all hell broke loose". The courts? the reporters? The crooked ex inlaws? Please finish some day.

There is nothing better or worse than a cliffhanger, which is what you've left me with at the end. I want to find out what happens next! Please write some more chapters soon. Can't wait!

Utterly engrossed in this story. Loved the beginning, wasn't sure about a few bits in the early chapters but then suddenly you seemed to pull it together, your characterisations, pace and plotting segued together and off we went. Fantastic!
With a couple of years since your last update, I can only assume RL has got in the way, which is a real pity, especially as you left on a cliffhanger or two.

A great chapter tying up some loose ends. Maybe the calm before the storm?

Victor is clearly cracked, given he was older and outnumbered, yet still knocked everyone around before being subdued. Loved the interactions when they got Johanna out - very real.
Imo you might want to look at how you're portraying Uhura, as I can't see how a senior Starfleet officer would be sidelined by her immediate superior based on her gender, given she's just as able to defend herself as any of the others. You've had her making tea and being used as a token 'female' presence in an assigned group also.

That is a BRILLIANT intro! I've often thought Bones got screwed over and his own lawyer was inept, so reading a story where this is tackled is like a dream come true.

Please finish this!
