My goodness this was WONDERFUL. It was really good! You did a really good job on this one. I am sort of at a loss for words. It was truly heartwarming. Awesome job.

i also hafta say for everybody who lost someone im glad he's dead

yup power of SMacked is very strong you can really tell how much Stella loves that dear man

i really loved the strong bond of Don and Mac especially since they both kno how it is to lose a loved one

i enjoyed this scene they are soooo cute :)

"I waited so long for this day," he utters in sorrow, his shoulders slumping and his eyes instantly watering once more. "I felt so angry and helpless for so long," he confesses in misery, his body just depositing his coat in a pile at his feet. Stella swiftly picks up the coat, tosses it along with hers over a kitchen chair and then leads him toward his bedroom.

She eases herself down onto the soft covers and then invites him to come and join her. He takes off his suit jacket and just collapses onto the bed; Stella pulling the covers over them to ease the shakes his body wanted to offer once more.

"Just let it out Mac, there is on one here but us."

aaawwwww i miss these wise words of Stella on the show she almost had me crying here:

"You don't have to," she assures him with a warm smile. "I love you Mac Taylor, with all my heart. When you hurt then I hurt. Tonight you need to cry and I am going to be here to cry with you. That's what we do; we take care of each other."

This story was great and very emotional there is nothing in this story I didn't like... keep up the good work... and yay im starting to catch up again

Poor Mac, this was a day that he really needed support, comfort, your best friend. And Stella knew it would be the one to give you that comfort and happy that she decided to stay where her belongs, NY, with his family and next to the man of her life. It seems that Stella was never in the life of Mac Taylor. It's like your best friend for a long time never existed. was deleted from your life. went up in smoke. this is very sad. Fortunately, we have you to keep this beautiful friendship alive. Thanks.

Sorry for the late review. I couldn't get on to review when I read it. Not sure if it was the site or just my comp. Anyway!

I loved this story. It was sad and brought tears to my eyes. And I guess there are many people out there that felt as Mac did. Closure is always a good thing, and maybe now all these that lost someone (and those that didn't)can find some peace of mind knowing that justice has finally been served.

I loved how Stella rushed to Mac on hearing the news. Poor Mac, he needed Stella so bad and thought she wouldn't come. He really should have a little more faith. And Stella promising never to leave again. If only!

This was beautifully written, it tore at the heartstrings, and showed the mixed emotions that people share. I for one remember vividly that day, watching the horror on tv from the UK. Crying at the devastation and loss of life.

This evil act was meant to devastate a nation, bring it to it's knees and render it useless in the fight against terrorism. Instead it did the opposite. The American people rose up, united by one common goal, to bring justice to those that lost their lives and never let the terorists win. And as they were joined by people around the world all ready to fight terrorism, that evil SOB must of felt the terror that he'd tried to inflict. It was he who went into hiding not the American people. And now justice has been served.

I'll gladly wait for the next chapter of Beauty & the Beast in favour of reading this. Thank you.
