Thank you so much for posting this. I think that it's so beautifully deep and really expresses what the DA really was, a teenage gang. I've read so many fan fictions saying how it's some sort of superhero group and other stuff and I'm normally like THAT'S WRONG! But this really moves my heart and really is a brilliant tribute to the fallen ones. You're a truly brilliant writer :D

But I hate you 'cause I'm now crying...

P.S: I love this but one tiny detail, on the seventh line it says blue eyes. I'm not sure if this isn't Harry or movie Harry but if your doing the book Harry then just a detail to look over. Aside from that PERFECTAMUNDO!

That was beautifully written and i just had to leave a review even if I have you to blame for ruining my makeup before going out. Iv'e read stories with over 3000 reviews (am currently working on reading one of yours) and more than a few chapters but the emotion and true essence of Harry Potter has been caught by a oneshot. I lost it when he pulled out the coin, I can't really rationalize it other than I was touched. It was fitting to have him as the character, he embodies the hope of everyone and their struggles. Harry while he's the one everyone loves and admires he can never leave the pedestal people put him on. Neville is the unsung hero we can relate to, thank you for this wonderful piece that put our unoticed hero and my favorite character in the spotlight!
