Finally getting to play inquisition which got me in the mood for some fanfic. Even unfinished this series is still one of my all time favorites. I don't know how many times I've reread it. I hope you still get these notifications. Thank you for skill having these posted. So many of my old favorites have vanished from here and other fic sites. It was a relief to find these still around.

One question. Do they stay together?

Maybe it's silly. But often I think about how this take on the game would translate into a screen play for a movie. Looking at how well assasins creed did at the box office and how well strong female characters are being excepted into the main stream (think Star Wars, game of thrones, hunger games) I feel like this story, written so well, would be an amazing tragic love story that would speak to so many people on different levels. This story doesn't focus on mush and romance... but adds it delicately around the epic battles and light comic bits. I dunno, maybe it's just me... but I think about it some
Times ;)

I've lost count how many times I've read this story and its sequel. I'm sorry to say I just can't bring myself to start the other one, knowing it's not finished. It's been years but you should know you still have many, many fans. If you come back to finish this, you'll hear cheers from wherever you are!

I gotta say, you did an amazing job on this! Not only did you stay true to the lore and characters, but you wrote so effectively. Some of the best writing I've seen, by far. Such a shame for it to be cut short! Perhaps you can tell me how everything works out for them? ;)

How sad you lost your files! I just found this story and skipped to the end to see if it was completed - a shame it wasn't, but after so many chapters and such a loss I can understand it. Thank you for all you've written - maybe I won't read this because never getting an ending will be too sad!

I really wish I'd known this was abandoned before I started reading. I read the sequel to this like three times in a row, and was quite excited to read the prequel. An excitement that continued until about chapter 30, at which point it became clear that the story was not going to be completed in the 37 chapters remaining. I was filled with despair and sadness, as I always am when confronted with amazing, yet abandoned, fics. Sigh.

I understand that things happen, etc, this is just a very common tale.

Okay, this was absolutely wonderful in every way possible. I love this story so much. Probably one of the best, no, scratch that, THE best fanfic I have ever read. I really want to see where you go with this because I can't wait for more. Keep up the fantastic work!

Yippee! I am thrilled that you decided to continue this. Having reached a similar blocking point in my own work I can understand why you needed to step away from it. Sometimes it takes a step back to move forward, right?
