Yeah, fanfiction try to make the author's most hated characters more worse and most loved characters "better" and that's what I hate about it. Cloud wouldn't marry her if he only had feelings for Aerith.

This was an amazing story to read! Great job!

This started out so promising! It was really sexy, if a bit disturbing, but then it just became disturbing. I mean I think it's probably somewhat natural for a victim to rationalize her rape, and believe that it was somehow her fault, but then for her to fall in love with her rapist just because he said some pretty words? And then I had to laugh when someone asked her, "So your really in love with him, even though he killed your father?" If that wasn't bad enough, how could she be in love with him after he brutally raped her?!

But I did think the disolution of Cloud and Tifa's marriage felt pretty organic. They still care about each other, and there is no anger, and he didn't just abandon her either (unlike the first time.) And I've always thought that it didn't make sense for Hojo to be Sephiroth's father. It makes much more sense for Hojo to have taken out his anger and betrayed feelings on his wife's bastard son, than for him to experiment on his own child.

Anyway, it was an interesting read. I think it could have been really great, but turned out to be a maudlin mix between a Greek tragedy and Gothic romance. But you still get major props from me for even completing a story. I look forward to reading more from you!
