An interesting ending. Staying away for 5 years wow... ouch heartbreaking. I was so rooting for Spock it changed how I looked at Jim for doing that to him.

I got swept up into your story. I was rooting for Spock to learn how to communicate with Jim and surprised they never really reached that place. Anyway. I enjoyed your story! Thank you for all your hard work, creativity and humor!

BWAAHAHAHAH OMG! I loved the end of chapter 4. The comedic timing of that "was it good" was perfect and i busted out laughing. Enjoying this story immensely

btw, i read some of the reviews and it was rather ignorant.
no matter the time or place, family stay together. yes, kirk did
some ignorant things herself and didnt know what she was doing.
however, whats done is done and she made her bed so to speak.
she married spock and honored it in the end after the fight. for her
to leave her husband, sneak away was just childish and immature.
if she really wanted to continue to stay in space, she could have
stayed on T'Maiti with spock. yes, shes independent, whatever. she can
continue to remain so as spocks wife which ultimately she chose after
creating several incidents. she may be smart, but again, still very immature.
as i said before, i completely disagree with what she did and am
disappointed with this last chapter. the story was cute and i enjoyed it...
until the last chapter really ruined it for me.

not the most romantic reunion. sorry but she deserves it,
though regrettable since i like HEA. i am surprised he is not able
to sense her even after bonding. yes, you explained but every single
other stories I've read he always always senses her esp after full bonding.
she invented the standard warp core, yet she had to return to school?
i dont get that part. it was a waste of time for her since she served on T'Maiti
before, though unofficially. anyways, i think 5 years is really long time and
rather silly it had to take that long. first, it was her own stupidity for
leaving spock then she had to be educated again? sorry but bt bondmates
i think that length of time is ridiculous.

after everything, and learning of the mental bonding and what
she has experienced, it was very cowardly of kirk to do what
she did to spock. she is too immature. she consummated her
marriage, then she disappears? it's just terrible of her to leave
like that, esp knowing how devoted spock is and how she cares
about him. i really disagree with her actions here.

I love this story, but I really wish you’d include translations for everything. I can’t find a single website to translate the alien worlds into English and now I’m more focused on bing confused than the content of the chapter.

Actually, by Terran Law (which would supercede both Romulus and Vulcan because she was Terran first in the chronological order of things), Kirk would be considered an 'Incompetent' party because of her ignorance and could void any contract (marriage) she entered into under those conditions.

Still love this story, just pointing out that this would never fly. Especially considering she would be a military asset; the Admiral would literally laugh in their faces if they tried to get ahold of her like this. It would be like Hitler phoning the White House and demanding the US extradite Einstien after he started working on the Manhattan Project. Quite literally, they would tell her suitors no, or they would kill her.

Um... that's not how citizenship works. Without an act of treason or some other crime, she would have to personally renounce her citizenship.
