Wait, I'm confused. What happened? What was Don apologizing for?

I've read this story several times and each time i read it I love it even more. It's so timeless and heart warming. I love it.

I really liked how April could just get up and do something that would help the wounds in their friendship to heal. She's such a bright character, I always liked her for that and you always give justice to each character. Good job! TwTb

Beautiful story, both sensually and visually! I loved the imagery. The fact they you never used their names is good to. You could still tell it was Donnie and April indisputably.

Love the guilt-ridden Donnie and comforting April. It would make sense that he would've attacked April and it serves as a nice physical reminder. Poor Donnie, he's not gonna let that go anytime soon...

Too bad there aren't ant mutant turtle counseling center's in NYC :D

And thank you for leaving just enough for me to continue on with my denial that April and Donnie are most definitely an item. :)

Aww! Poor Donatello. He cannot believed he hurt April, but he didn't remember any of that. It's sweet that they still love each other. Their friendship is so strong. Having a relationship? Why not? They deserved the best. Thank you so much for writing this, AntebellumHope :)
