On the side note it's sort of cute that Thomas is pulling a Lelouche and pretending to be a villain and he sort of is

Yooooo when I first started reading I didn't expect it to go so dark so fast. Poor Harry was manipulated, but Tom is obsessed with him. And I believe your explanation with Tom going insane when merged with Voldemort. Thomas still remains of the sane Tom that loves and wants to protect Harry, so I get that Thomas believes killing Voledmort would be the best bet for Harry to gain freedom, but still it's very messed up. And omg Harry can only trust himself poor kid, and when he hugged hermione and greeted her as a traitor my heart broke like Harry is so isolated and doesn't really know what's going on but at the same time he's not completely broken :D
Meanwhile other disturbing elements were the "sinners" that are essentially boys who look like Harry but were broken. I don't really get it, are they portraits? Or just trapped in the bathroom? Imagine if Harry discovers them, would they try to kill him or would they follow him and help him escape? Though I get it, Harry right now isn't stable or the dark lord's equal (considering his mothers magic is rejecting him due to being tainted that's so sad). But again the reunion between Harry and Hermione is so sad! Wow
