I don't know why this hit me so hard. One minute I am laughing and enjoying the family bonding moment, then I got to "That feels like forever ago." and after reading that paragraph I had a hand to my mouth. By the last sentence I was bawling harder than I have in ages. Maybe it is the uncertainty, but it seemed to hit me harder than it should have. I am still supressing sobs and wiping tears away.
My poor Leo. What has happened? Where have his brothers gone? Gone so long, but he still waits for them. All of them.

So the teen couldn't go in the sand if he's buried? *laughing* I'm already in my bed and covered up with the lights off, but my phone was just too quiet. I HAD to pick it up! I'm glad I did. L8erz!

The ending is so sad! Where have his brothers gone? But I feel it in every fiber of my being, as I think anyone who has lost a loved one does.
