Your story is so sad. This one and True Wish, I mean. They are both so emotional and moving, I cried so much at the last bit and my heart started aching at the mere thought of the pairing and story. And when I get the heartaches, I start crying all over again. The cycle lasted for days, but I don't regret it in the least. Now if there was one thing I could have for Christmas, it would definitely be for the sequel, Whispers of the Heart, to come out.

I have a special love for songfics, even though it against the ToS. All that is beside the point I liked it a lot. Nicely written, maybe a bit short for what I normally would read. I dont think Ill read the prequel since I like it this way and this way I can fill in the gap myself. Even that is said I still look forward to more of your work. Good luck

My advice (for this and any current/future stories) is to remember to place appropriate warnings for certain situations.

Though nothing graphic was depicted in this story you allude to rape in their (Aizen's and Ichigo's) early interactions and no matter what a relationship turns into how it starts is just as important.

Meaning that even if they suddenly fall in love with each other (which is actually patently impossible for a rape victim) any sexual acts that occur without full and complete consent (not likely from a captive) are in fact rape.

I give this advice not to deter you from writing what you want but so that you'll, hopefully, be responsible enough to place adequate warnings where merited.

I'd also like to give you another little piece of advice; if you're going to write about such subjects (rape, Stockholm Syndrome or Lima Syndrome) then you should do some research because they are all serious and sensitive subjects and should be treated as such.

I hope I've aided you somewhat and that you'll take the advice into consideration; good luck in your ventures.

Rape is pretty explanatory but basically any sexual act (even those without penetration) that occurs without full consent. Meaning nothing coerced, no drugs/alcoholic interference and basically nothing that can interfere with giving consent (such as no gagging as that also takes away a person's ability to give true consent). Also know that a physical reaction to intercourse is just that-physical, it doesn't mean enjoyment.

Stockholm Syndrome is where a captive is deluded/brainwashed into thinking they have connection (friendship, etc) with their captor.

Lima Syndrome is basically the opposite; where the captor believes they have a connection with their victim.
