That was fantastic. I liked how you put it: "saving others to save herself". Perfect. Loved how Roy still feels at home enough to help himself. Thats a habit that doesnt go away no matter how much a parent and child are disagreeing. Great job!

I really like this. In most stories, it's just Roy being a drama queen about him being replaced so easily and such, but this one actually shows Ollie convincing him that he wasn't and that there was a different reason. Like I said before, I love your originality and Oliver's and Roy's father-son relationship. I hope you write more soon!

I really like your characterization of Roy and Ollie. You make Roy seem like he appreciates all that Ollie's done for him, which he should, and you make Ollie seem like a caring father and a wise teacher, which he is if he managed to raise Roy. I've always been a bit annoyed with other people's characterization of these two because they either make Roy too hot-headed and stubborn or Ollie too harsh or even a goofball. I mean, sure these are some traits of the character but they don't dominate them, so I'm glad you didn't take that route. I'm hoping you write more soon. This is definitely a favorite.

Despite his anger, I really love Roy. I like him way better than Artemis. This fic is so sweet, and I love the way it's written beautiful.
