is this after phantom planet

So . . . is this after Phantom Planet, then? Because I'm pretty sure that Mr. Lancer couldn't give Danny Phantom and the Red Huntress detention.

"Analysis Complete: Ghost Being. 50% Ectoplasm, 20% hot air, 30% exaggeration." It's kinda like when Plankton fell into his analyzer. And by the way, I think Skulker's hot air and exaggeration was a little low. It should be like 10% ectoplasm, 30% hot air, and 60% exaggeration.

Very interesting story so far. I haven't read all the way to the end yet (I'll find time soon,) but I like what I've read so far. It's fun to read fics that come afte Phantom Planet, and Valerie's my favorite character. So few people write fics on her! So I'm glad you started this story.

I do have a couple critiques. The first is, the first chapter I didn't know that it took place after Phantom Planet. I was confused why Danny and Val were working together, and how Lancer knew it was them... It would've been nice to have a little setting and background there. You could just give a paragraph or two on where we are in the story, and what's happened since PP. Same with how Dani's in the Fenton home-I would've liked to know why she's staying with Danny! There could've been a story there... Oh well.

Also, I'm not a fan of present tense. That's just personal, I don't like it because it seems so slow and awkward. I can look past it though.

I do like where the plot is going though. I never considered that Valerie's suit might be something unique-the way it just appears like that. SOunds interesting, I can't wait until my finals are over so I can read the rest of what you've written, and see where you go with it!

I also like that you keep everyone pretty much in character. My favorite line is when Val says "I prefer to let my weapons do the talking." I can totally see her saying that.

Anyway, I hope you keep updating this story, I'm very happy I found this. Can't wait to see what kind of trouble Danny and Val get up to together. See you soon!

Amazing story! I love when people actually bother to write stories that take place after Phantom Planet, but most of them suck eggs. This one, however, ROCKS! Please keep it up.
