2 small mistakes in this awesome chapter of your great story. Shirley should be surely and piratically should be practically. Those mistakes were very noticeable. Thank you for writing this very good story.

I have been enjoying the story so far, but you have some consistency issues in this chapter. My understanding was that Severus is no longer spying on Voldemort. Why would his life be in even more danger if he stopped abusing Harry and sanitation his grades? It also doesn't make sense why he couldn't change his behavior toward Harry even if he were still spying. Verbally abusing students and not grading their work equitably would have to be against the teachers code of conduct at Hogwarts. If Severus had any desire to change his behavior, surely he could excuse it saying that he was ordered to change by Dumbledore if he wanted to keep his position at Hogwarts (which Voldemort would want so that he could keep his spy in there).

I feel bad that no one is rescueing dudley harry admitted that dudley was sexually abused and no one seems to care about the other kid

So why arent they rescuing dudley. he was abused as well

To an abused child those things would be very similar and also it's facial that soaking can cause severe issues later in life and the very existence of so long can cause abides children to think the way they're treated is okay and prevent them from getting help

I'm enjoying your story, but I have a couple of questions/observations. At this point, Harry is 15, not 16. The other is that I doubt this would be a full jury trial for someone his age.

This Harry has already faced down Voldemort in the graveyard. He's acting more like a seven or eight year old than a fifteen year old. I can't see him sitting in Snape's lap. Why would he believe Snape and not Minerva or Albus? I understand what you are doing, but he's too debilitated. Snape says he's sorry and that makes up for years of petty comments and emotional abuse? I can't see that.

That was absolutely beautiful. I loved every word, incredibly done. Characters and plot were impeccable; I could give this enough praise or credit. Well done on an amazing piece of fiction.
