This is so cute!I love it. I can't wait for the next chapter. I think you are doing good with Peeta's character, but I would like to start to see a little more fluff between Peeta and Katniss. Just a little would be okay. ;) I'll be watching for the next chapter.

That was amazing! I think you got both Katniss and Peeta exactly right.

Loved it. Peeta's perceptions of Katniss felt just right - he's not pining after her, he's trying to understand her but not push her. His descent into the tracker jacker relapse also was wonderfully done.

I also enjoyed his phone call with Plutarch and how he thought all the snarky comments but didn't actually say them.

Haymitch and Katniss also feel beautifully in-character. Katniss is distant and unpredictable, but still kind of THERE and seems receptive to having Peeta in her life, if not actually doing much to encourage him. The simplicity of him showing up to sleep with her after her nightmare was touching.

And I think I just love Haymitch, sort of distantly keeping an eye on both of them.

Keeps getting better and better and I would read it all now if I could but its late so I'll finish it later. But I will read this all the way through. I feel like the last chapter should be all like "AND I LOVE KATNISS EVERDEEN" but not like that...just along those lines. Because that's the last fact of who he is. A very important one.

But, you probably were already planning to do something like that...because...yeah. just a guess. :)

Yes. Just...just...yes. You got Peeta right. and when I finished reading this chapter I was just like OHMYGOSH I GET IT NOW! The whole painter, baker, blah blah blah and how your going to show that in each chapter and THATS SO COOL! you get a gold star. I approve. I like this. Alot. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!1 this made me happy.

This was so nicely written! Wonderful progression with Peeta having one of his episodes. They are all so in character. Thanks!

I kind of stumbled across this, and wow I’m glad I did!

Your writing really captures the character of Peeta perfectly and I think your Haymitch is spot on too – I know what you mean, I defiantly got the impression that although he cares deeply for both Katniss and Peeta, he relates to Peeta just that bit more, I think Katniss even mentions it in CF and MJ.

I really hope you carry on with this, as I will be eagerly awaiting the next chapter, it’s so refreshing to get a glimpse from Peetas pov, and I always wondered how he and Katniss worked it out- I felt it was just sort of tacked on at the end of MJ….

Anyways I’ll stop rambling, great story so far – update soon!
