| SnakeRunner4 chapter 6 . 10/28/2012 200 pounds on a normal bench would be a 45lbs weight, a 10 lbs weight, and a 2.5lbs weight, on each side, even very fit people at my gym would struggle doing 25-30 reps in succession, try not to exaggerate with weight, it makes the story seem less legitimate. |
