I don't really like it. When I read the discrption, I was hoping for something better. You changed voldemorts' character and views too much, and I don't like him marrying bellatrix. I was hoping the child was an accident and voldemort decided to keep the child and raise him to be the dark prince or something. Irony like the idea of Kyllie. Especially with Lily's eyes. That has always been a really sensative thing for me. I don't think you should have made the prophecy about her or even have her alive still. Going through the trouble to get to the potter's cottage and then apparating away from sounds all the way downstairs when his son is probably a few feet from him wasn't really good either. Nor is the way Peter wasn't so uncomfortable around voldemort. The place is under fidelius, so voldemort can't just apparate in and lily and James know better than to leave. I also don't think lily and james would treat a child that way. I don't think dumbledore would send him to the dursleys because he has absolutely no relation to them. You might want to revise.
