Tecwyn chapter 26 . 5/31/2018 Great range of stories really enjoyable |
Sue chapter 26 . 4/1/2017 GreAt series of stories |
Guest chapter 26 . 3/15/2017 Although I liked him, some of Don's behavior and actions (past and "present") kind of bothered me on the show, but this shows more of him and the brothers growing up, which is really nice without being too sugary sweet, which wasn't how it was on the show, as sad as it is. Wasn't much of a fan of the parenting on the show, but in this I actually kind of liked their parents. |
WaterSoter chapter 26 . 10/15/2016 I loved it! Although based on the series I don't think Charlie thought much about Don and his issues with Charlie being in the same grade of him, or rather, he didn't try to put himself in his brother's shoes and try to be sympathetic to what Don was going through himself. Which is normal, kids are very self-centered, which is a sign of immaturity and as they grow up and mature, they start thinking about others. Although, again, watching the show, Charlie didn't get much of a clue until much, much later. He certainly had no problem not taking any responsibility about ruining Don's birthday party. It was all about him and his feelings. Still, loved this story. It was nice to see such a lighthearted, fun piece and so well written too! Love the tense moments with that punk and Don being in danger and coming to the rescue and Charlie being such a cute little brother, it was adorable! Heh. You actually inspired a story that I hope to eventually write. I'm so glad you have found this story. Thank you for writing it! |
LeonoraChris chapter 26 . 4/25/2016 Geez, Don. Be nice to your little brother... It was fun to read, this story. :) |
LIZBROWN6979 chapter 5 . 4/6/2016 I think it's sweet that Don accepted Charlie for who he is no matter what. He may not want to hang with him all the time, but he doesn't want Charlie to give up what he does best. Wonderfully done! |
LIZBROWN6979 chapter 3 . 4/6/2016 Love this relationship with Don and Charlie. So sweet! Good job! |
Guest chapter 11 . 3/3/2016 I love the line where Charlie explain Pie/Pi. Hahaha! It is the best when you write something in an AU that is totally realistic. I actually laughed out loud! |
Guest chapter 15 . 3/2/2016 That dialogue between your brothers never fail to make me smile :) |
Guest chapter 15 . 12/28/2015 lol your youngest brother sounds JUST like my sis. |
Guest chapter 17 . 11/1/2015 Mark and Nathan are such good friends! |
Guest chapter 11 . 10/31/2015 Lol I actually laughed out loud when they were discussing Pi. Ahahhah |
Beatlesfan90 chapter 25 . 8/8/2015 So, I just have to say that I LOVE this whole thing! I think this is like the 3rd time I've read the whole thing! I love stories that happen before the show started! Anyways, just had to say again how much I loved this! -B P.S. I tried to post it on the last chapter but it wouldn't let me because I'd already left a review on it! LOL |
poppaeasabina chapter 13 . 4/25/2015 Oh dear, this takes me back. I blew up at a substitute in 9th grade English who said that Edgar Allan Poe was a pioneering short-story writer, but a mediocre poet. (We had just read what was undoubtedly the worst, smarmiest doggerel Poe ever wrote, but you don't judge by the worst. I also suspected that she thought Good Poetry began with T.S. Eliot.) I was so incensed that she could just SAY that to a bunch of impressionable kids! Her own, uninformed opinion, which would then be taken as holy writ! You know, I'm still mad, and not because I got in so much trouble. So I really identify with Charlie, here. 3 |
islanzadi heap chapter 26 . 5/12/2013 I absolutely adore this story! Although, I do wish I had done my homework, because I don't think "I was reading an awesome story" is going to cut it with my teachers. |
