YAAAY! I hadn’t read this prologue to the sequel of one of my favorite fanfics till now and I’m so glad I found it again! Love your work!

I just finished re-reading this story, and I have to say I loved it just as much as I did the first time. The characterizations are so perfect, as is the story-line, that it feels like an actual continuation of the manga, and I continue to view at such, because as sad as it is, it is uplifting in a way too. And though I am sad that there never ended up being a sequel for this story, I am so happy with the story itself that it hardly matters. Honestly, this story has stuck with me over the years and is definitely one of the best fanfics I have ever read, so thank you for that :)

Om my gosh, I can't tell you have many times I cried reading this... cause I lost count. And there were so many times, that I thought of giving up reading this, because it hurt me to much. But I couldn't, it is a brilliant story, my heart is breaking for Kyo, and it was so realistic. It was a really good story, in a sad kinda way. you know what I mean

I think you should have had Yuki and Kyo show the cop their IDs just to see his reaction when he finds out that these 'delinquent kids' are 23, and one is married, and the ther is engaged. Actually, think if he told him he was Kyl Shma, the cop would have ket them stay.

...I honestly choked on tears when she died, it broke my heart! I then had to re-read and re-watch Fruits basket to remember that she never got cancer, but I still couldn't do it! The story was so realistic!
