I really like how you brought up that Emily came to them for help ONE FUCKING TIME and the only one who bothered to really back her up and listen and support her was Rossi. ONE TIME! They’ve all had at least 1 case that they asked the team for help on that was personal, and no questions. ONE TIME. That’s always kinda pissed me off, but also gave me tremendous amounts of respect for Rossi. He was a real friend, listening to her and not judging her and helping her and supporting her. He’s like the dad she never had, and I like that you’ve shown that.
