this is so amazing like wow your writing is so good and I'm so sorry for commenting on like a 5 year old work lmao but like I just love this series so much. This is an incredible work and I'm so glad I found it honestly, like you're such a talented writer and thank you so much for creating this!

Everyone has got an idol. And this is exactly why I have LOVEd and idolised Yasha even since I was still 10 (and that was exactly 16 years ago..OMG, I am so old!) XD

(If Ashura died, Yasha would die too) - my fav part

His devotion, his endless care...for Ashura and for her only.

Ahhh...how I love it. XD

Please keep writing. I am always looking forward to finding fresh RGV fanfic here

Very nice :)
NerdyNel chapter 1 . 4/16/2011
Very nice - exactly how I picture Yasha and Ashura after the end. I would not call this piece particularly sweet by a long shot - they have too many issues lying beneath the surface - but in many ways I think that /is/ Yasha/Ashura, an incredibly deep, intricate bond that swings between heartwarming to devotion and love taken to its absolute extremes. Er, complicated way of saying I liked the characterization. I think I sympathize with Ashura a bit more here - he *feels* so acutely - and Yasha seems to me to have stopped allowing himself to grieve or really care about life. By the way, hair stroking! - in RG Veda fandom - is love.
Shaitanah chapter 1 . 3/25/2011
I'm unfamiliar with this fandom, so I can't offer much of, well, anything, but I like the tone and the feel of this story.

"Yasha wants Ashura to live because he needs Ashura, so much that he doesn't care about the rest. So much that, even if Ashura wants to die, Yasha won't allow Ashura to." - Kind of like Naruto and Sasuke, eh? XD I like the matter of selfishness here, which isn't really selfishness at all, just human nature.

(What, no warning for brackets?)))
