Oh man, such a shame about the lengthy hiatus :/ Because the story was marvelous! You have a unique way of creating tension between character (unique as in positive of course), it's not forced or assumed but instead very nuanced and shows itself in little details like looks, touches, reactions as well as big scenes. The sexual chemistry was amazing and I'm so sad we didn't get to see the 'lemony goodies' you said you had prepared in your AN haha! With the way you write tension I can tell it would be worth it! I'll hold out hope that you might still get inspired to post more *fingers crossed and prayer circle!* Meanwhile I'm just thankful we got to see them kiss for real this time and didn't got stuck on a cliffhanger lol
I do understand moving between different interests tho, I myself have taken a several year break from HP but the I reread the series again and the moment I read Snape's Worst Memory chapter I was instantly obsessed with Jily all over again! They're just too strong and have incredible chemistry! Then I checked tumblr where apparently there's an active fandom, read many great fics and here I am hopelessly in love with them all over again :D So if you want help with inspiration just give that chapter a read and I'm sure the feels will be back again in an instant ;))

One, I can literally feel the sexual tension. Two, I thought they might never be together. Three, it’s a good story.

Okay I just have to tell you that I STILL think about this story, literally YEARS after the first time I read it. I probably reread it every six months or so. Thank you for this beautiful work of art. If you were to ever give us more of this, I think I'd cry.

I loooovvveee this ship (I know its sort of not a ship bc in the books they actually get together but you wrote this so well! I need to see what happens next with Jily or I honestly might die. I honestly feel like I’m one of the only people on the planet who hates Snape. I don’t think his actions are justified. Even if he did help Harry and Dumbledore in the end... but hey that’s just my opinion. So I think your portrayal of him is very accurate!
