Oh, and I got the Buffy reference! I can even imagine the whole Moloch the Corrupter thing being re-imagined into a Wizards episode. You know, with less scariness, because, well, Disney. And Harper is totally the Willow of Waverly Place. And Zeke is maybe a Xander, now that I think about it... comedic relief at times, often off to the side as the central story-line plows on ("They'll never know how tough it is... To be the one who isn't chosen. To live so near to the spotlight and never step in it.")

This might just be one of my favorite multi chapter stories ever, if for only the fact that you were so clever about it. I completely appreciated all the pop culture throw ins, and especially all the fandom references. However, my favorite thing has to be the fact that you made a separate account to post the "Archimedes" fics. And then commented on them. As Jalan readers, and then even Alex herself. And it all fit into the story so well. EXCELLENT job. If you ever want to continue this fic, you've got a committed reader in me. (go ahead and just read that with the 'You've Got a Friend in Me' tune.).

I know I'm late to the party here, like really late, but I figured I'd comment on that little trifecta.

I know I'm really late to this party... and I wasn't originally going to leave a review but..

God dammit man, Selena Gomez, Alex Russo, and Mikayla all in one story? The universe you've got here is going to collapse on itself!

I meant to review this yesterday but eh. It's hard typing on the phone. And I chose listening to new music instead.

It's really too bad this hasn't been updated in a while. Jalex fandom seems long dead. But anyway, reading this was such a huge joy (even though upon finding out it didn't end at chapter fifteen - just a look at what the reviews said- I just about died like that fanfic horror comic on tumblr re last updated date and stuff... Anyway. I read the remaining two chapters anyway, savouring each paragraph cries) I always was hesitant about fics involving online life and stuff but after reading your other stuff, and having grown a trust in the quality of your writing, I had to tryit. And I loved it. I love the quiet intimacy and the roundabout passive aggressive way of courting and dating going on here between... Siblings who really really are an error in the writing of siblings...? You do their voices really well while writing Justin and Alex, I really adored the scene Alex had with Harper too. and you know a story is good when you love the scenes where nothing is happening between the otp (eg making out) too, reading between the lines and getting excited about the scenes with one character or other, imagining the other end. It's also fun since it fleshes out each character and that makes the whole thing more fun.

And there was so much satisfaction in all the pop culture references along with the nods to technology and fandom and stuff, most of all you managed to mix the online life thing so well that it actually was extremely fun and exciting to read, totally changed my outlook on it. Now I want to do a modern of something similar for my main otps (amorra,korrasami, OzAlice, orz).

I adore this fic :)

I'm wondering - is this chapter the final chapter? To me, it seemed unresolved somehow as if there meant to be more, an epilogue of sorts? If it's finished, you should have marked it as 'complete' instead as a 'work in progress' fic.

Anyway, I've enjoyed the progression of how the Jalex relationship with the 'Jalan' shipping and the livejournal comm in the background as their reason that they've realised their feelings for eachother.

I have to say this fic and "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" are two of my favourite fics :) due to strong characterisation and inventive plot lines. Also I love how you've obliquely referenced one of the other Jalex fics in your fic ("Alex Gets Punished" 'verse as "Julia Gets Punished"! - one of my favourites).

I hope you either finish this fic or write more jalex fics, you've got a gift for this pairing.

Man... It's been a year and a half. I don't want to give up hope on this but that's quite a while. I really hope you find the will to finish this! You write beautifully and their characterizations and interactions are just amazing. But if you never finish it, thank you regardless for sharing a bit of your wonderful talent with us.

I'm new to this story, but woah, I've gotta say it's pretty amazing. I like how you deal with the whole incest theme, and not just force it upon them to accept it. I also love how you keep them so close to character. I was hoping for a bit more of outside relationships but I understand that might distract the story. And wow I quite like Mr laritate in here. Please update soon! :)
