Once I seen that the TF were heading to my homeland, I couldn't help but not read this :) Imagine seeing Ghost or MacTavish scoot past your house... aha.

I enjoyed this, anyway. It definitely seemed realistic.

I liked how you pointed out that Britain is different from Ireland. It's so petty, I know. XD

There's actually two seasons in Ireland - Winter and Rain. Wouldn't you know that it's actually raining now, and hasn't stopped all friggin' week. Bah.

Loved the story and Roach wrecking himself. Stupid!Roach is always a hoot. :)

OK - review catch-up time! A very enjoyable one-shot! :-) LOVED Ghost's line about being a manly person, LOL! And Roach falling asleep in the chopper made me think of a kid in a carseat. ) Good stuff!

And now, a momentary public service announcement from the gun nerd *ahem*...Glocks generally don't have thumb safeties (though there is such an animal), just the trigger safety to prevent it from firing if it were to get snagged on clothing or something like that. And the USP also has a polymer frame, making it a "plastic gun" too.

I LOVE the detail you put into this. Really. I'm a huge military geek anyway, but yeah, it still made this so enjoyable.

I think the pacing of this was great too. Just enough dialogue in amongst it all. And really good character voices. In addition to that, I loved the last line. :)

This story seemed so 'real' especially so because of all the little details. It really puts you in their shoes. But the thing that really makes this stand out is the tempo. Usually stories have the full out firefight, so the sneaking around aspect had me on my toes. I loved all the little banter sessions between the characters, you give them so much life!

Wow I loved this story! I missed your stories on here! I can tell you did a lot of research for this one and it showed there was so much information I loved it! And the last line was definitely one of my favorites! Welcome back!
