rathlora chapter 21 . 2/3/2014
ah! it can't just end there!
Zhye chapter 12 . 1/3/2014
You're story was amazing! I was so upset when I got to the "end" and realized it was not complete ( is there any way I could convince you to continue writing it? I'd be more than willing to pay for the commission!
Please keep writing!
BlueCat69 chapter 21 . 9/2/2013
AMAZING! I really, really hope that you are still here reading the praise that is thrown your way because you truly deserve it. I’m a young-ish Danish woman who knows nothing of Dragon Age and still your story and your writing sucked me in to the point where I forgot all about kids, sleep, food and other trivial things. For further praise read computasaysnoo’s review again because he took the words right out of my mouth – including the subtle plea for more.
Avery chapter 21 . 11/30/2012
This is by far, the most developed, well plotted, and interesting fan fiction I have read by far. Well done. I hope that you are planning to continue this. I am dying of anticipation.
dagirl4ever chapter 21 . 11/5/2012

Lurial chapter 21 . 9/5/2012
Nuts. I noticed you haven't updated this in nearly a year, but I really hope you continue it. The cliffhanger is killing me.
2otherones chapter 21 . 8/29/2012
Jesus, I almost died... This is magnific, just know that! I was completely speechless throughout most of it. It's hard to find such good writing and plot combined; I'm glad I did. Also, as a fair-skinned living in a tropical country, I should say you made the best work with such detail. Now, I'll stop writing and start hyperventilating while I wait for the next chapter of this marvelous fanfic.
computasaysnoo chapter 21 . 7/3/2012
Wow, just wow. Everytime I read a long story on FF, I think that nothing can compare to it. This story just overwrote the last one I read. The best part, is that it's not over yet. (Hint!)

First of all, your imagery and descriptions. There were moments where I actually stopped reading and marveled at your ability to reflect the emotions of a character through the description of something they're thinking about (When Hawke was being dragged down the halls and he had the flashback of when he helped Anders at the clinic - you described the memory fading as if it was being washed away, which made me think of the flow of tears.. quite fitting! (Lol, sorry complete nerd moment.)

Secondly, the slow development of the relationships between the characters was the most ostentatious gem in this entire story. Many long stories seem to develop the romances in the first two chapters and then have 9 chapters dedicated to shallow dialogue and unrealistic and corny events. This was not the case here.
.. And you know why? Because you have a refined ability to reflect actual relationships in your writing. No relationship is perfect; there are faults and insecurities behind everyone and often it can effect your relationship with someone. You played with that idea perfectly through Fenris' ingrained hatred for mages; the wall he puts up when he's scared, and the natural distance he keeps from people in fears of being hurt again. You can see that it affects his relationship with Hawke and that ultimately pushed him to Anders.

I don't know if you were aware of it in your writing, or if it's just natural to you, but you have a really incredible ability to develop your characters as such.

Oh, and your portrayal of Merrill and Isabela? Perfection. I loved how you used other characters to make references to Merrill when they rambled on about something. It tied everyone together perfectly.

Finally, the chapter when Fenris is with the Fog Warriors was easily the most gripping. At first I was thinking: "It's all descriptions of a rainforest here," and then when you brought in Enrick, I immediately presumed that it would be a rushed, shallow and forced romance - BOY was I wrong? When Fenris attacked them, I actually had a pit in my stomach! That's how engrossed in the story I was.

Well done to you, be proud of that story and please update us soon!
Nia Sendo chapter 1 . 4/12/2012
Dude this just went to the top of my favorites list!

You're an amazing writer, and I've gotta say that I specially love how you're chapters are long haha.

I'm also a sucker for very slow romance development, so I'm enjoying every single glance and confusing thought that goes through Anders' and Fenris' minds lol.

I see you haven't updated in a while, I hope that's cuz you've been busy planning the rest of the story XD jk

But seriously dude, I'll be waiting expectantly to see where you take the story next. I'm dying to read more :)
AFlockOfBunnies chapter 21 . 4/7/2012

BlackStormShadow chapter 7 . 1/15/2012
I skimmed the last three chapters ... and I have to say sorry, I'm about to be really rude, but this doesn't 'tickle' my fancy ... it's good though. :
BlackStormShadow chapter 4 . 1/15/2012
Okay, I must admit, I had my doubts ... but ... Heck yes! I love this chapter! I've read more of this fan-fiction that I ever did of Twilight!

I love it!

Isabella bad ... very bad!
ErinM31 chapter 21 . 12/4/2011

Brickson chapter 21 . 10/23/2011
Goddamn.

Long chapters, great writing, and pretty elves.

What more could you want in a Dragon Age story?

Eagerly awaiting your update, though I'm not *so* keen on the romance (because that's how I roll) I love how you write and guh and guh.

S'amazing.
