Nice story, I like that you do not make everything immediately fine as so many authors tend to do - I pretty much enjoy it's different (and more realistic) here, that Anakin/Vader is still struggling - and Luke is not so sure of him and himself alike. Really a great premise - I very much hope you will be able to go on with the plot one day! Thanks for sharing!

I just found this and so far it is a very interesting. You seemed to have gotten a grasp on Vader's personality, too many fics of "Vader survives the Death Star" have him warm and firmly back as a jedi. I am pleased to see that you have him conflicted. Please update soon.

I agree with your premise that Vader would struggle still between good & evil and that Luke wouldn't be blindingly trusting. Can't wait to see how all react to Luke's passenger and what happens after that.
