it is a little hard to understand who's talking during the dialog though

i like the general conecpt, but i dont think the timeline is quite right. (but maybe thats just me.) i really like how you portrayed renji but i dont think byakuya gets enough screening time in the next chapters, could you put a new parapgraphs when someone is speaking, cus it gets a bit hard to read.
