This story has inspired me to make my own, however, it's has been years since you have released another chapter and I find it sad that this fantastic story has not been finished!

This story has so much potential and you are a great writer.
I know it's been years, but I hope you read this and consider and another chapter

Please I'm not trying to be mean or want to start a flame war, but this is just my opinion.

When this story first got published I must admit the premise was great. Sam raised by Clu what a brilliant idea and concept. However, as time went by and especially with the advert of Tron: Uprising, the story hasn't aged well. I know that's saying something, but bear with me. The idea is great, but the execution of it is where I see the majority of the problems.

Where this story falls short is the characters and to me…the character's struggle is a make or break sort of deal. Let's start off with Tron…(sigh) he acts like teenager especially with his love for Sam. Tron is the oldest program on the Grid he shouldn't be acting this way, and he should know what love is (there was a deleted scene Tron where he and Yori are alone together). This problem with compounded when Tron: Uprising hit tv. Where Tron is shown as cold, cynical, stoic and has many regrets. Personally, I can't blame you for this, but moving on.

Sam, I didn't really have any negatives for his character because you did capture his spirit of his character right. But, I did see some problems when he interacted with Flynn, Qurroa, and Clu. With Flynn especially during the showing what truly happened to him as kid, he got over Flynn and Tron's abondament WAAAAYYYYYY to quickly. It could've been expanded on and personally I wanted more Flynn and Sam interactions and I know what you are going to say. Solaris, I wrote an entire scene with them together working light cycle! Well…to me it felt like character A has to fix something to advance the plot. With Qurroa, I get her reaction with Sam being in love Tron I get that. This is more logistical , maybe a plot hole, how did Sam get Quorra out of the city when he was like seven years old and didn't know he user powers and create a safe house. I think I would have been fine if somewhere it was written that Flynn made a safe house, but that didn't happen. Another thing, wouldn't Clu always kept an eye on Sam since he was only seven and during the purge which there was a lot of military action going on, even let him leave his side?

Now with Clu. Sam spent his entire childhood listening to Clu's propbadga and I know that he spent a lot of time with Quorra, who shielded him from coming a complete monster. But, it didn't feel like Clu was being manipulative to Sam as you Clu to be out to be a evil character, with no redeeming qualities. Which is sad because villains are really fun to write.

(sigh)… This story is just ok and it could have been better with more character development and world building and backstory. I do like the idea of Sam being half program, but that idea is squandered as its just a plot point as it doesn't affect Sam's character in anyway. My thinking is should he feel less human or want to rediscover his humanity maybe perhaps though his love for Tron? To me this story just seems like a copy and paste from the film with one or two scenes added and more pronounced romance story mixed in, but other than that…its just Tron Legacy with a scene or two added and nothing truly unique is explored.

Hope you get better, and fantastic story.

It was a big deception to see this story unfinished yet. I read it in one go, and I liked it. You made me remind how much I love this movie, and I am thankful of heart for that.

I don't know if this was intentional or not, but in this chapter especially, it looks like CLU has a little crush on Kevin. Like I said, maybe I'm just reading too much into all of the blushing, but it's cute! The "all-powerful" CLU has a crush on his creator. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait to keep reading more of this story!

I know writers, artists and the like are their own worst critics, but your fight scenes are amazing! I'm not just saying that b/c it might be what you want to hear! I really like them!

Over all, this story has been amazing, so far, but this is the best chapter, BY FAR! Especially the kiss, and Tron realizing he's in love w/ Sam!

I'm not trying to be impatient, but MORE PLEASE! This is one of the best Tron stories I've found so far!
