Okay, this was about fifteen kinds of awesome. And even though I've been kind of a non-replying fan of your work thus far (I was late to the party and just started enjoying Glee stuff about two months ago), I'll take it. I know how badly writers block sucks, and at some point you're glad just to have something to post.

Especially something this wonderful. I love how beautiful she is by the glow of the WalMart and the silly string, and Finn telling Artie not to roll on Quinn's new shoes. Simply awesome.

Perfect Finnturnal viewpoint. I loved it. The silly string had me cracking up majorly.

What can I say? PERFECT!

If only prom would go this way on the show! I really enjoy jealous Finn!

OMG I LOVED this! Quinn ws jsut so...Quinn, bossy and pushy and "Finn do this/don't do that" and then when Rachel showed up with Jesse I was sitting here chanting "C'mon, Finn?" over and over, and he didn't disappoint me! Loved his last words to Artie, and I so wish I could have seen the look on Q's face when he left.

Jesse is still an arrogant prat ("Just don't go for the nose"), and yay PUck for having Finn's back and helping out his bro! Coach Sylvester was a hoot, and the whole story was just excellent.

I love this. And I love the very distinct contrasts Finn makes between Quinn and Rachel, and how Finn's so upset that Rachel is at prom with Jesse, but Quinn is just making fun of her. You're really good at showing how much Rachel still affects Finn, and also how toxic Finn and Quinn's relationship is (again).

Also I love that he tells Rachel she looks pretty and even when he's trying to, he can't really resist her. and the part where he questions himself and how he was able to forgive Quinn, but not Rachel and ultimately concludes that Quinn isn't Rachel and Rachel is who he needs to be with pure and utter genius and perfectly written.

Also, you probably write the best Sue I've ever read, just throwing that out there. LOL

Ffff and how Finn just doesn't care about prom king and isn't afraid to leave her by herself to go find Rachel, well, it just puts hearts in my eyes. and I really hope we see Finn sticking up for himself and standing up to Quinn in the show. and if not, then I'm kicking RM off the team and replacing him with you.

"Don't roll on her shoes," he says. "They're new." LOL complete win.

Also, I really love that there isn't a huge Finn/Jesse confrontation and that Finn mostly just brushes him aside like he's not worth it. That says a lot more to me, and I think to Rachel, than if he'd just started beating on him or something. so it's really awesome that you included that.

The Finn/Rachel conversation was spot on and simple and heartfelt. and mostly I just adored it because you're a fantabulous writer and this is a wonderful little story.

Okay, and Rachel's revenge on Jesse is sort of the best thing ever. Just saying. And the last couple lines are so adorable and Finchel and ffff everything is Finchel and nothing hurts!

I'm glad you're writing again and this was really spectacular. and as a note, I know you don't have a lot of experience in present tense, but you've got it down perfectly!
