Maybe he was, too... ...where are my clothes." *loves forever* Oh, and reflecting that Malik probably took his first kiss too...he's so innocent, I just want to squee. The detail about Malik keeping his shirt on was also nice (Bet YnB is EXTRA curious now, xD)

Oh, I also like that he's totally oblivious to the Spirit of the Ring here, too. It certainly makes him taking the Ring back at the end of Battle City make a lot more sense. Still, you'd think that Yuugi and co. would've explained that it was harboring an evil spirit after Duelist Kingdom? *sigh* Sometimes it's hard to accept that Takahashi pretty much used Ryou as a walking plot-device. Inconsistency abounds where Bakurae are concerned; you sort of have to cherry-pick evidence and make your own canon. *grumble*

At any rate, I really liked this, and your Ryou is indisputably ADORABLE. It made me smile. :D

Ryou's reaction is just... so him, I felt, because sometimes he acts very aware of Yami Bakura being there, and at other times he has no idea why people are hiding his ring from him... So yeah. He's a bit ditzy, and such a sweetheart and totally blaming himself for spacing out and not remembering.

And Malik... XD; Ohhh dear. He's just so uppity and full of himself at that point in the series, honestly... The ending was cute too, I did a real life "awwww!" haha...
