Technically, wouldn't Alf be dead. I can see how Ryfia was alive with the whole "going to sleep" thing like Cecille but Alf is human and doesn't posess any special powers. Also, L'arc told him before hand to pretty much forget about him and fix the country after Alf screwed it up in the first place. There are a whole bunch of problems I could list after this, but either way, I doubt Alf could wait that long and I'm saying this after beating the game and having these two as my favorite pairing in it.
